Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Pityriasis Rosea With Wind-heat And Skin-retaining Method By Soothing Wind And Heat

Objective: The content of this research topic belongs to the field of clinical research in the direction of dermatology in Chinese medicine surgery.The main purpose is to treat the skin type of pityriasis rosea,one of the types of pityriasis rosea,as the main treatment target,and use the traditional Chinese medicine preparation Pudilan to reduce inflammation.The capsule medicine was used as the control group,and the self-made Shufeng Qingzhan Decoction was used to treat wind-heat and skin-type pityriasis rosea with the principle of Shufeng Qingzha Decoction.The clinical efficacy was observed to confirm its effectiveness and safety and reliability.The nature of the study was clinical efficacy observation.Methods:Sixty-four patients who were clinically diagnosed as wind-heat accumulation type pityriasis rosea were selected.The patients were randomly divided into group A(treatment group)and group B(control group),with 32 cases in each group.Group A was given Shufeng Qingzhan Decoction(Honeysuckle,Forsythia,Scutellaria,Shengdihuang),Moutan bark,Imperata cylindrica root,Isatis indigotica,Viola odora,dandelion,silkworm,White fresh bark,Kochia scoparia),take 150 ml of warm water after meal,1 bag each morning and evening,2 times a day.Group B was given Pudilan Anti-inflammatory Capsules(Scutellaria baicalensis,Dandelion,Kuditin,Radix Isatidis),and its functions include clearing away heat and detoxification,anti-inflammatory and reducing swelling.Orally,4 capsules each time,3 times a day.Both groups took ten days as a course of treatment,and continued to observe two courses of treatment.During the treatment,other related drugs were stopped.Results:63 cases were actually observed,31 cases were in the treatment group,and32 cases in the control group.The results of the study showed that the total effective rate of 83.87% in the treatment group was better than the total effective rate of 68.75% in the control group.After statistical analysis,(P<0.05),it is proved that there is a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups.The two groups had different degrees of curative effect in improving the performance of TCM syndromes(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The two groups had varying degrees of curative effect in improving the number of rashes,rash color,rash thickness,scales and pruritus(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in terms of the number of rashes,rash color,scaly and pruritus(P<0.05).0.05),the two groups had similar therapeutic effects in improving the thickness of the rash(P>0.05).Conclusion: The self-made prescription Shufeng Qingzhan decoction based on the principle of dispelling wind and clearing heat is safe and reliable in the treatment of pityriasis rosea with wind-heat accumulating skin.
