| Objective:Using the Gujin Medical Case Cloud Platform V2.2.3,data mining was conducted on the medical records of Professor Jiang Lihong,a famous Chinese medicine practitioner in Jilin Province,for the treatment of stable angina pectoris combined with chronic cholecystitis in coronary heart disease,to analyse his common herbs,drug combinations and common prescriptions for the treatment of the disease,to summarise his treatment experience and thus guide clinical practice.Methods:The medical records of 189 patients who met the inclusion criteria and 432 prescriptions were collected from December 2018 to December 2020 from the outpatient clinic of Professor Jiang Lihong at the Jilin Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and the case information was standardized and standardized,and then entered into the Gujin Medical Case Cloud Platform V2.2.3 system after two people checked them separately,using the "data analysis The data was extracted by using the "Data Analysis" and"Generate Chart" functions,so as to explore and analyse the clinical medication characteristics of Professor Jiang Lihong’s treatment of stable angina pectoris combined with chronic cholecystitis in coronary heart disease.Results:Through data analysis of 432 prescriptions,Professor Jiang Lihong’s treatment of chronic cholecystitis combined with stable angina pectoris in coronary artery disease has three types of identification,which are phlegm-depression and heart-vein paralysis(87 cases),followed by bile-qi stagnation and heart-vein paralysis(80 cases),and bile-depression and fire and phlegm-fire disturbing the heart(22 cases);a total of 260 drugs are used,with a total frequency of 7,561 times.A total of 194 Chinese herbs were used for the symptoms of bile qi stagnation and stagnation of the heart veins,with a total frequency of 2983 times;214 Chinese herbs were used for the symptoms of phlegm stagnation and paralysis of the heart veins,with a total frequency of 3631 times.Conclusion:1.There are three types of symptoms:bile stagnation and fire,phlegm and fire disturbing the heart,bile qi stagnation and stagnation of the heart veins,and phlegm and stagnation and paralysis of the heart veins.This is closely related to people’s dietary habits,emotional discomfort and social pressure.2.In the use of drugs,they mostly belong to the spleen and liver meridians,the four qi are mostly warm,calm and slightly cold drugs,and the five tastes are mostly pungent,bitter and sweet drugs.3.The top 10 drugs in terms of frequency of use are Chai Hu,Fu Ling,Citrus Aurantium,Radix et Rhizoma,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Radix et Rhizoma Clear,Radix Platycodon grandiflorum,Radix et Rhizoma Hopi,and Radix Paeoniae Alba.4.The efficacy of these medicines varies according to the dosage of the medicine.The tutors believe that for reducing fever,the dosage of Radix Bupleurum should be large,with more than 20g of Radix Bupleurum to be effective,together with Scutellaria Baicalensis to reduce fever;5-10g of Radix Bupleurum,together with Sheng Ma and Ge Gen to raise Yang and lift Qi;10-20g of Radix Bupleurum together with Xiang Shen and Mu Xiang to clear the liver and relieve depression.5.Commonly used in treating symptoms of bile stagnation and fire and phlegm fire disturbing the heart are Huang Lian,Zhu Ru,Chai Hu,Qing Han Xia,Fu Ling,Hovenia,Jiang Huang,Scutellaria,Shou Wu Tang,and Oyster;in treating symptoms of bile stagnation and stagnation of the heart veins are Chai Hu,Chuan Xiong,Hovenia,Roasted Glycyrrhiza,Bai Shao,Radix Platycodon,Aromatic Herb,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Hop Huan Pi,and Shou Wu Tang;in treating symptoms of phlegm stagnation and paralysis of the heart veins are Chai Hu,Fu Ling,Qing Han Xia,Shou Wu Tang,Scallion,and Allium.The common drugs used in treating symptoms of phlegm stagnation and paralysis of the heart chakra are Chai Hu,Fu Ling,Qing Han Xia,Shou Wu Vine,Allium,Citrus aurantium,Acorus calamus,Hop Huan Pi,Mu Xiang and Eustoma.6.The main causative factors are phlegm and fire,phlegm and dampness,blood stasis and qi stagnation. |
