Based On Data Mining To Discuss Dr.Zhao Mingjun's Experience In Treating Stable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease And The Regularity Of Drug Use

With the development of human society,coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD)gradually surpasses the malignant tumor and becomes the first killer of human beings [1].In recent years,the incidence of coronary heart disease in China also showed a trend of increasing year by year,the study found that Chinese medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease has its unique advantages,worthy of further clinical research and promotion.There are three parts in this paper.The first part is a theoretical discussion,including the etiology,pathogenesis of CHD in traditional Chinese medicine and the understanding of CHD in modern medicine.The second part is to summarize the clinical experience of Zhao Mingjun in treating stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in recent 30 years.Summary,summarized into the following four aspects: heart in the West,attach importance to the classic;overall treatment,according to the conditions of the person;differentiation of disease differentiation,syndrome combination;double-heart treatment,combination of mind and body.The third part is Zhao Mingjun chief physician syndrome differentiation treatment of coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris prescription drug rule analysis.Objective: to summarize the main symptoms and signs of the patients by sorting out,statistics,analysis and analysis of the cases collected.The distribution of medicine used by Zhao Mingjun's chief physician was analyzed by traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance Auxiliary system,and the clinical treatment and medication experience of teachers in treating stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were further discussed.Methods: from December 2017 to October 2018,patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were selected from the first Department of Cardiovascular Clinic,affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine.Meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 102 cases.Patients were included in the investigation of general conditions,risk factors,symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,daily use of western medicine,angina pectoris,symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and tongue veins in the absence of oral Chinese medicine.Doctor Zhao Mingjun,a famous Chinese medicine doctor in Shaanxi Province,wrote a prescription of traditional Chinese medicine in accordance with his pulse syndrome.The data of traditional Chinese medicine in its original prescription were regularized,and the teacher's treatment crown was analyzed by using "auxiliary system of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance".The rule of medication for heart disease.Results: the implicit association rules between traditional Chinese medicine and drugs used in the prescription of stable angina pectoris treated by Zhao Mingjun,a famous traditional Chinese medicine in Shaanxi Province,were analyzed and summarized as a whole.From the general situation of the patients,male is still the main cause of the disease,smoking,emotional factors,hypertension,hyperlipidemia,diabetes mellitus and so on;Based on the analysis of "traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance platform" software developed by Chinese Academy of traditional Chinese Medicine(CAS),it is found that"Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome" and "phlegm-stasis syndrome" are the most common syndrome types.The four qi drugs are mainly warm drugs,and the five flavors are mainly "bitter","sweet" and "bitter".Statistics show that the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine is meridian.The top four are liver,spleen,lung,heart.It is concluded that the most frequently used prescription is "Poria cocos","Astragalus","Salvia miltiorrhiza","Trichosanthes","Panax notoginseng","Danggui","safflower","Codonopsis," Dioscorea "," Baizhu "and so on.The statistical frequency of compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine is "Astragalus membranaceus,Poria cocos",Salvia miltiorrhiza,Poria cocos,Panax Notoginseng,Trichosanthes and so on.The entropy clustering algorithm for complex systems and unsupervised entropy clustering algorithm can be used to obtain 18 new drug combinations and 8 new square combinations.Throughout the 18 new drug combinations,such as Allium macrostemon,cinnamon,cinnamon branch,aconite,etc.,are mainly composed of warm yang,bamboo ru,Fructus aurantii,orange peel,semen Raphani,etc.Gannan star is mainly aimed at regulating qi and resolving phlegm;Polygala,tulip,calamus,lotus seed heart,jujube kernel,wheat winter and so on are mainly aimed at regulating qi and relieving depression and tranquillity.Through the analysis of the new prescription,the teacher,while treating the heart disease,alleviates the psychological discomfort,and embodies the treatment idea of "both hearts treat with each other".
