Research On Compensation Mechanism Of Public Hospital Under The Background Of New Medical Reform

Objective: In this study,through the research on the existing compensation channels of public hospitals in China,we find out the problems existing in the existing compensation channels,and put forward scientific and reasonable compensation channels.Methods: By using the method of literature analysis,this paper expounds the research status of compensation channels at home and abroad,and combs the historical evolution and policy development of compensation mechanism of public hospitals in China.Through questionnaire survey and on-the-spot visit,the relevant data of 11 public hospitals in Jilin City in recent five years were collected and sorted out,and the total revenue and expenditure,financial subsidies,medical service income,medical insurance structure and service performance were analyzed.Result:There are some problems in the compensation channels of public hospitals in China,such as the government’s compensation mechanism for public hospitals is not perfect,the government’s compensation fund for public hospitals is not sufficient,the price system of medical services in public hospitals is unreasonable,and the payment method of medical insurance in public hospitals needs to be improved.Conclusion: Through the establishment of government financial compensation mechanism with public welfare as the core,the rationalization of public hospital financial compensation path,the control of medical service operation cost,the improvement of medical service price standard and adjustment mechanism,the addition of public hospital pharmaceutical medical service fee and other strategies,the compensation channel after the cancellation of drug consumables bonus is optimized,and the development of medical reform is promoted.
