Massage Therapy Combined With Xiefei Tongqiao Powder In The Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis In Children Clinical Observation Of Rhinitis(Syndrome Of Stasis Of Heat In Lung)

Objective:This topic through the massage therapy combined with Xiefei Tongqiao powder treatment of children allergic rhinitis(Syndrome of stasis of heat in lung)clinical research observation,for clinical Chinese medicine treatment of children allergic rhinitis to provide a safe and effective treatment program.Methods:In children allergic rhinitis(Syndrome of stasis of heat in lung)clinical standards of children,and cases are grouped according to random number table method,after completion of grouping for treatment group 1 children adopt massage therapy in combination with Xiefei Tongqiao powder treatment,treatment group 2 children treated with oral Xiefei Tongqiao Powder,and control group was treated with oral Dropping pills for Xanthii rhinitis,three sets of clinical treatment for 2 weeks for a period of treatment,observation of three groups of children with application corresponding solution before and after treatment clinical manifestations,and the treatment results of follow-up in March after the patient’s disease recurrence,detailed record data and fill in symptom integral table,After data analysis,we finally get objective and accurate efficacy evaluation of each treatment plan.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of children in treatment group1,treatment group 2 and control group was 96.66%,86.20% and 53.57%respectively.Treatment group 1 massage therapy combined with Xiefei Tongqiao powder scheme and treatment group 2 oral Xiefei Tongqiao powder scheme were significantly better than the control group in the improvement of the total score of symptoms and signs,the total effective rate and the improvement of recurrence rate,among which treatment group 1 scheme has obvious advantages.Conclusion:Massage therapy combined with Xiefei Tongqiao powder treatment of children allergic rhinitis(Syndrome of stasis of heat in lung)has clear safety and effectiveness,can alleviate the acute clinical symptoms of children,and also has an ideal effect in the control of disease recurrence rate.This program provides a new idea for the clinical treatment of allergic rhinitis in children with traditional Chinese medicine.
