Summary Of Professor Zhao Jianjun’s Clinical Experience In Treating Convalescence Of Ischemic Stroke Based On Data Mining Technology

Purpose: Through the analysis of the original data of 300 clinical cases by data mining technology,this paper summarizes the clinical experience of Professor Zhao Jianjun in the clinical treatment of ischemic stroke recovery period in terms of syndrome characteristics,legislation and prescription.Methods: The complete case data of ischemic stroke diagnosed and treated by my tutor from 2017 to 2019 were sorted out into word version,and then the case information was standardized and input into the data mining system.The relevant data plates in the system were selected to analyze the distribution statistics of traditional Chinese medicine,attribute analysis,correlation principle and other methods,generate charts,and finally summarize and summarize the medication characteristics of my tutor.Results:1.A total of 300 cases of ischemic stroke recovery were included in this study.All 300 patients were older than 40 years old,of which 185 cases were older than 60 years old,accounting for 61.67 % of the total.2.In the symptoms of ischemic stroke,the frequency of hemiplegia is 81.99 %,the top10 symptoms are : hemiplegia,dizziness,headache,speech astringency,numbness of limbs,tinnitus,tongue skewed,afraid of cold,dry mouth,fatigue,pale tongue,white greasy moss,slippery pulse string.3.A total of 672 prescriptions were collected in this study.Professor Zhao Jianjun used 185 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,with a total frequency of 12054 times.Among them,the top 15 traditional Chinese medicines in which the frequency of traditional Chinese medicine is more than 30 % are : Gastrodia elata,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Caulis spatholobi,Pearl mother,Scorpio,Bombyx batryticatus,Uncaria rhynchophylla,Paeonia lactiflora,Cornus officinalis,Achyranthes bidentata.Conclusion:1.Ischemic stroke is prone to occur in people over 40 years old.The older the age is,the higher the risk is.The main symptoms are hemiplegia,dizziness,headache,astringent speech,numbness of limbs,tinnitus,skewed mouth and tongue,fear of cold,dry mouth,fatigue,pale tongue,white and greasy moss,and smooth pulse string.2.The drug is bitter,flat,attributed to the liver meridian.The core Chinese medicines include Gastrodia elata,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Caulis Spatholobi,Mother Pearl,Scorpion,Bombyx Batryticatus,Uncaria rhynchophylla,Paeoniae Rubra,Cornus officinalis,and Achyranthes bidentata.The commonly used combinations of Chinese medicines are divided into Pingganyao + Rouganyao,Pingganyao + Huoxueyao,Pingganyao + Bushenyao.The six core groups are :(1)Chuanxiong,Danggui,Baishao.(2)Angelica dahurica,yanhusuo,buffalo horn.(3)Cassia,Prunella vulgaris,Leonuri Fructus.(4)Tribulus terrestris,pearl mother,Uncaria,Achyranthes bidentata,Semen Raphani.(5)Gastrodia,scorpion,silkworm.(6)Hirudo,cornus officinalis,salvia miltiorrhiza,rattan,red peony root.3.The pathogenesis of ischemic stroke recovery is that the disease occurs in the brain,and the marrow is empty,which is based on the kidney;The virtual evil real.It can be attributed to marrow deficiency and toxic damage.Treatment on the basis of marrow deficiency kidney,kidney solid;Evil is still there,the principle of eliminating evil.
