| Objectives:To observe the clinical effect of “Tonifying Kidney,Strengthening Bones and Tendons” acupuncture in the treatment of early and middle stage(K-L grade 2-3)knee osteoarthritis,and to explore the safety and effectiveness of this acupuncture.Methods:Sixty-eight patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by SPSS25.0.In experimental group,34 patients were treated with acupuncture(Shenshu,Taixi,Fuliu,Xuanzhong,Ganshu,Taichong,Ququan,Pishu,Zusanli,Yanglingquan,Yinlingquan,Xiyangguan,Dazhu).In the control group,34 cases were treated with conventional acupuncture(Xuehai,Liangqiu,Neiguyan,Yanglingquan,Dubi,Ashi).The two groups were treated for 30 min each time,once a day,10 times as a course of treatment,and the next course of treatment was continued after 1day interval,for a total of 2 courses of treatment.Visual analogue scale(VAS)and Western Ontario and Mc Master Osteoarthritis Scale(WOMAC)were used as the main efficacy evaluation indexes,and the efficacy of the two groups was compared and analyzed statistically.Results:1.Statistical analysis showed that there were no significant differences in gender,age,disease course,VAS score and WOMAC score of pain,stiffness and joint mobility before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),and they were all comparable.2.Results of the VAS score study: after treatment,the VAS score of the two groups decreased significantly compared with that before treatment,with a significant difference(P<0.01),indicating the efficacy of both treatment methods;After treatment,the difference between the two groups was highly statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that the experimental group had more significant efficacy.3.WOMAC scale score study results: After treatment,WOMAC score of the two groups decreased significantly compared with that before treatment,with highly statistical significance(P<0.01),indicating that both kidney-strengthening and bone-strengthening acupuncture and conventional acupuncture treatment were effective;After treatment,the comparison between the two groups was highly statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that the experimental group had a more significant curative effect.4.After the end of treatment,compared with the comprehensive efficacy of the two groups,the total effective rate of the test group and the control group was 91.176% and85.294% respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05),indicating that the curative effect of the test group was better.Conclusions:1.VAS score and WOMAC score could be reduced by both “Tonifying Kidney,Strengthening Bones and Tendons” acupuncture and conventional acupuncture,and the decrease was greater in the “Tonifying Kidney,Strengthening Bones and Tendons”acupuncture group,indicating that “Tonifying Kidney,Strengthening Bones and Tendons”acupuncture was superior to conventional acupuncture in improving pain,stiffness and other symptoms,as well as improving knee joint mobility function.2.By observing the changes of comprehensive clinical symptoms before and after treatment,it can be seen that the clinical comprehensive effect of Bushen Zhuanggu Qiangjin acupuncture is more significant than that of conventional acupuncture.3.Kidney-tonifying,bone and tendon strengthening acupuncture has achieved good efficacy in the treatment of KOA,which is safe and reliable and can provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of KOA. |
