Objective:In order to provide reference for clinical application,this paper explore the application rules of fresh ginger in treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases.Method:Through literature research method,the basic overview of fresh ginger research in past dynasties was sorted out.By using the assistant platform of traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance and the method of original text analysis,the application rules of fresh ginger in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases were summarized,and future disputes were discussed.Result:Classical prescriptions containing fersh ginger mainly treat nausea,pain,heat,sweat,cold,wind and other syndromes.The highest frequency of compatibility with ginger is medicines invigorating qi and spleen,such as Licorice and Jujube.In addition,it is often compatible with activating and expectorant medicinal materials,such as Pinellia ternata,Poria cocos,Citrus,Fructus Aurantii Immaturus.The combination of ginger with cassia twig and peony root can be used to treat different pain syndromes by adjusting dosage ratio or combining with other drugs.Conclusion:Fresh ginger is often uesd in the treatment of vomiting with fluid retention or fluid metabolism disorder who also has exterior syndrome.It is advisable to pay attention to the role of fresh ginger in erchen decoction.Fresh ginger is mainly used for the main standard of cold vomiting and pain syndrome by promoting movement of qi.
