| Objective: To sort out the prescriptions for treating vertigo in the dictionary of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions,and summarize the characteristics of prescription composition and drug compatibility in the past dynasties,Objective to explore the drug compatibility and correlation of vertigo treatment in different historical periods,so as to provide theoretical support and medication basis for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of vertigo,and improve the clinical efficacy.Method: Establish the corresponding database by using Microsoft Excel 2016,which includes the prescriptions for treating vertigo in the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine prescriptions.With the help of drug frequency analysis,xing,wei and Meridian tropism analysis,association rule analysis,and the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary System V2.5" software Entropy cluster analysis and other methods conduct data mining and analysis on the research object,and combine the knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine to summarize.Result: There were 32 prescriptions for treating vertigo in Tang Dynasty and before Tang Dynasty,involving 88 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.The top ten prescriptions were Saposhnikovia divaricata,white atractylodes rhizome,cinnamon,liquorice,dried ginger,ginseng,asarum,yam,monkshood and Ligusticum chuanxiong.The main drugs used were Buqi,Wenli and divergent fenghan,among which Saposhnikovia divaricata was the most frequently used.It is mainly sweet and warm in nature and mainly enters spleen,heart,kidney and lung channels.The compatibility of Saposhnikovia divaricata with cinnamon and dried ginger,and Saposhnikovia divaricata with white atractylodes rhizome,ginseng and Chinese yam are the characteristics of compatibility.Based on entropy clustering of complex system,two groups of core drug combinations were obtained,and finally a new prescription was formed.There were 246 prescriptions for treating vertigo in Song,Jin and Yuan Dynasties,involving 208 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.On the basis of continuing the characteristics of medication in Tang and pre Tang Dynasties,we paid attention to the use of Ligusticum chuanxiong,Pinellia ternata,Arisaema,Poria cocos,Gastrodia elata Blume and other drugs,and Ligusticum chuanxiong was the most frequently used.Although spleen,lung and heart meridians are still the main channel tropism,the frequency of drugs for liver meridian tropism is increasing.Compatibility characteristics compared to tang Dynasty and before tang dynasty,more attention was paid to the compatibility of Activating blood and removing blood stasis medicine,resolving phlegm and relieving cough and asthma drugs,diuresis and dampness drugs,and medicine for calming liver and extinguishing wind.such as the compatibility of Ligusticum chuanxiong and Gastrodia elata,Pinellia ternata with Poria cocos and Arisaema.Based on entropy clustering of complex system,18 core drug combinations were obtained,and finally 9 new prescriptions were formed.There were 159 prescriptions for treating vertigo in Ming and Qing Dynasties,involving 205 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.In this period,more attention was paid to Angelica sinensis,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae and so on,but the medication characteristics were basically the same as those in the early stage.In terms of compatibility characteristics,more attention was paid to the compatibility of blood tonifying drugs with other drugs,such as Angelica sinensis,Ligusticum chuanxiong and liquorice.Based on entropy clustering of complex system,18 core combinations and 9 new formulas were evolved.There were 31 prescriptions for treating vertigo in modern times,involving 123 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.Inherit the characteristics of medicine before Ming and Qing Dynasties,and make a breakthrough,paying attention to the use of chrysanthemum,mint,Scutellaria,gardenia,rehmannia and other drugs.The meridian tropism is basically the same as that of Ming and Qing Dynasties,but the taste is mainly bitter and cold.Compared with the former,the compatibility characteristics are more focused on the compatibility of evacuation wind heat medicine and heat clearing medicine,such as the compatibility of chrysanthemum and Scutellaria baicalensis.Based on entropy clustering of complex system,two groups of core drug combinations were obtained,and finally a new prescription was formed.There were 468 prescriptions for treating vertigo in the past dynasties,involving281 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.Among them,the top ten drugs are licorice,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Saposhnikovia divaricata,Pinellia ternata,Poria cocos,ginseng,Atractylodes macrocephala,Angelica sinensis,Gastrodia elata and asarum.The main flavor is pungent and warm,and the main channels are spleen,lung and liver.The compatibility characteristics of vertigo treatment in past dynasties are mainly blood activating and stasis removing drugs,deficiency tonifying drugs,exterior resolving drugs,supplemented by phlegm resolving,cough relieving and asthma relieving drugs,diuretic and dampness removing drugs,liver calming and wind calming drugs.Based on entropy clustering of complex system,sixteen groups of core drug combinations were obtained,and finally eight new Prescription was formed.Conclusion:1.In the past dynasties,the treatment of vertigo focused on the liver and spleen,and the drugs were often used in combination of cold and warm,and the combination of Gan and Xin.They all paid attention to the compatibility of exterior resolving drugs and deficiency tonifying drugs,but they had their own emphasis and development in different historical periods.In Tang Dynasty and before Tang Dynasty,the compatibility of dispersing wind cold herbs with warming interior herbs and Tonifying Qi herbs was emphasized.In Song,Jin and Yuan Dynasties,the compatibility of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis herbs was emphasized.In Ming and Qing Dynasties,the compatibility of tonifying blood herbs was basically the same as that in early period.In modern times,on the basis of inheriting the compatibility characteristics of early period,the compatibility of dispersing wind heat herbs and clearing heat herbs was more emphasized.2.The drug compatibility of vertigo in different historical periods shows that the treatment of vertigo is to strengthen the body and eliminate pathogenic factors,and to treat both the symptoms and the root causes.Among them,tonifying qi and blood,tonifying liver and kidney are the main ways to strengthen the body,while removing pathogenic factors include relieving exterior,removing blood stasis,resolving phlegm and clearing heat.It can be seen that vertigo belongs to the syndrome of deficiency of origin and excess,with deficiency of Qi and blood,liver and kidney as the origin,wind,cold,blood stasis,phlegm and fire as the standard.3.Through the analysis of the prescriptions for vertigo and the new formulas deduced by complex system entropy clustering,it is concluded that the main treatment methods for vertigo include expelling wind and relieving exterior,warming interior and dispersing cold,activating blood circulation and removing stasis,drying dampness and resolving phlegm,clearing heat and cooling blood,relieving wind and stopping spasm,resuscitating and refreshing,supplementing qi and nourishing blood,nourishing liver and kidney,filling marrow,etc. |
