| Objective: 1.CBCT was used to compare the forming ability and center positioning ability of the Waveone Gold and Reciproc Blue reciprocating motion single files against the light and severely curved root canals in isolated teeth.2.To observe and compare the occurrence of interclinic pain and root filling effect after root canal preparation using WaveOne Gold and Reciproc Blue,and to provide reference for clinical selection of single reciprocating movement failure.Methods: 1 collecting out due to periodontal disease of mandibular molar,normal form,apical pore closure,has the independent of each other near your tongue tube and buccal root 60,root tube bending is measured and divided into two groups: mild bending group(0 ° ~ 15 °),severe bending group(16 ° ~ 35 °),each group 30 root,and randomly divided into two subgroups WOG and RB 15(the root).Orthodontic ligation wires with a diameter of 0.2mm were fixed with wax drops on the buccal lingual side of the root at 2mm,4mm,and 6mm from the root tip.WaveOne Gold and Reciproc Blue were used to prepare the root canals.CBCT scans were performed before and after preparation,and the thickness of the root canal wall at the near,distal,and middle distance of the marked points was measured by analytical measurement software,and the axial center rate was calculated.The curvature changes before and after root canal preparation were measured and compared.2 Sixty patients diagnosed with pulpitis were selected from the Department of Stomatology of The First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University They were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of treatment.WaveOne Gold and Reciproc Blue were used to prepare the root canals respectively.The pain was recorded by telephone 24 hours after surgery.The pain was examined and recorded 7 days after surgery.After reaching the standard of root filling,the two groups of patients were treated with root canal filling,X-ray examination was performed after root filling,and three endodontists were used to evaluate the X-ray scores by blind method.The clinical application effect of the two kinds of dispositions was evaluated by the occurrence of interclinic pain,pain degree and root filling score.All data were analyzed by SPSS23.0 software package.The difference of root canal curvature between WOG group and RB group before and after preparation was analyzed by t test,and the difference of X-ray scores between the two groups was compared by t test.The change of the center rate of the three markers was statistically analyzed by ANOVA,and the incidence of postoperative pain was compared between the two groups by Fisher’s exact probability method.P<0.05 indicated a statistically significant difference.Results:1 curvature of the canalWaveOne Gold was 8.70±3.41° before preparation,8.27±3.34° after preparation,and the amount of change between curves was 0.46±0.16°.The Reciproc Blue was8.05±3.24° before preparation and 7.56±3.15 after preparation,and the change amount of bending was 0.49±0.28.There was no statistical significance between the two groups before and after preparation and the change amount of bending(P > 0.05).The Waveone Gold wave was 26.73±5.59° before preparation and 22.74±5.01° after preparation,and the amount of change between bends was 3.99±2.26°.Before Reciproc Blue preparation,it was 26.21±5.65°,after preparation,it was 22.13±4.92°,and the change of curvature was 4.08±0.98°.The difference of curvature between severely curved root canals before and after preparation was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the amount of bending change between the groups(P >0.05).Waveone Gold,Reciproc light Blue prepare respectively,when the heavy curved root canal curvature changes between difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).2.Axis center rate Waveone Gold and Reciproc there was no statistically significant difference between the Blue center positioning capability(P > 0.05),Waveone Gold from root tip2 mm,4 mm and 6 mm measurement point at the center of slightly curved root canal group positioning capability is better than that of heavy curved root canal group(P <0.05),Reciproc Blue 2 mm,4 mm from the apex of points at the center of slightly curved root canal group positioning capability is better than that of severe bending group(P < 0.05),there was no significant difference in 6 mm from the apex.3.Pain in the clinic The experiment results show that the WOG and RB group 24 hours a day and 7days after root canal preparation level no Ⅲ pain occurs.There was no difference in postoperative pain at 24 h and 7 d between the WOG group and the RB group(P=1.000).4.pieces of filling effect The results of this experiment showed that WaveOne Gold and Reciproc Blue could maintain the original shape of the root canal with no apical steps and obvious root canal migration during root canal preparation.Both WOG and RB groups achieved good root filling effect.There was no significant difference between the two groups in statistical analysis(P > 0.05).Conclusions: 1.WaveOne Gold and Reciproc Blue both have good center positioning ability during root canal preparation,and the center positioning ability of both WaveOne Gold and Reciproc Blue is better than that of the heavily curved root canal during root canal preparation.CBCT has the advantages of objectivity,noninvasions and repeatability in evaluating the shaping ability of root canal instrumentation.2.Both of the Waveone and the Waveone Gold tubes can pull the curved canals to some extent,especially when the curved canals are being prepared.WaveOne Gold,a heavily curved root canal,is more likely to maintain the original direction of the canal.3.In clinical application,there was no difference in the incidence of pain between the two groups after WaveOne Gold and Reciproc Blue preparation.In addition,both of them can prepare smooth and smooth root canals suitable for filling,so they can achieve good root filling effect. |
