Objective: There are many factors that affect the postoperative function of femoral intertrochanteric fractures, and there is no unified conclusion. In addition, there are few factors that affect the function of a certain period of postoperative period in the current literature. To this end, this article explores the early and mid-term influencing factors of postoperative function of elderly intertrochanteric fractures.Clinicians can judge the patient’s prognosis based on these factors and take personalized intervention measures for the patient,so that the patient can recover faster and better, and improve the patient’s quality of life. Methods: Elderly patients(over 60 years old)who underwent closed reduction and internal fixation of intertrochanteric fractures in Yijishan hospital from May 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects. The age, gender, fracture type, time from injury to operation,ASA classification, albumin level, fracture internal fixation method(PFNA,intertan),fracture reduction situation, may affect the postoperative patients Function factors.Harris score was used to evaluate the function of hip joint after operation. The patients were followed up at least twice(3 months and 1 year after operation)by telephone and wechat. The results of Harris score were obtained twice.Spss20.0 software was used to analyze the data by t-test,one-way ANOVA and multiple linear regression to find out the early and mid-term influencing factors of postoperative function. Results: At 3 months after operation,Harris score of patients aged 60-70 years was higher than that of patients aged 70-80 years and above(P< 0.05),and that of patients aged 70-80 years was higher than that of patients over 80 years old(P< 0.05).The Harris score of patients with albumin(> 30 g / L)was higher than that of patients with albumin(< 30 g / L).The Harris score of patients with albumin(> 30 g / L)was higher than that of patients with albumin(< 30 g / L).Compared with ASA classification(III-IV),the Harris score of ASA grade(I-II)was higher, and the recovery was better(P < 0.05).In terms of internal fixation, the use of intertan treatment has a higher Harris score than pfna surgery(P<0.05).The gender of patients, the time from injury to operation and fracture type did not affect the postoperative function. The Harris scores of the patients were increased after 1 year of follow-up.There was no significant difference in Harris scores between the two groups using intertan and PFNA.The results of other factors were the same as those of 3 months after operation. Conclusion: Age,albumin level,ASA grade, internal fixation and reduction were the independent early influencing factors of postoperative function in patients with intertrochanteric fracture.Age,albumin level,ASA grade and fracture reduction were independent mid-term influencing factors. The type of fracture is not a factor affecting postoperative function.Satisfactory reduction, good nutrition and physical condition are conducive to the recovery of hip joint function.Clinicians should actively control the primary disease before operation, find out the best operation time, and take individualized measures according to the different conditions of patients.
