| Objective: To understand the general information,self-management support, spiritual health, and quality of life status of patients after breast cancer surgery;to clarify the differences in general information in self-management support, spiritual health, and quality of life for patients after breast cancer surgery;to analyze the differences in general data after breast cancer surgery Influencing factors of patient self-management support and spiritual health on the quality of life. Methods:This study used cross-sectional studies in non-experimental studies, using convenience sampling, and selected two tertiary A general hospitals in Jilin Province and a tertiary A tumor specialist in Shandong Province from December 2019 to August 2020 The hospital will conduct a questionnaire survey on postoperative breast cancer patients who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria, using general information questionnaire, chronic disease patient care evaluation scale,Chinese version of chronic disease treatment function evaluation-spiritual health scale-12,breast cancer patient quality of life measurement The table is the survey tool for this research. In this study,a total of 280 questionnaires were distributed and 268 valid questionnaires were returned, with an effective response rate of95.71%.The data collected from the questionnaire was first entered into the Excel table, and then imported into the SPSS26.0 statistical software, and the data were sorted and analyzed using statistical analysis methods such as descriptive statistics,t test, analysis of variance,Pearson analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis.Results:(1)The total score range of self-management support is(1~5)points.The scores of 268 postoperative breast cancer patients in this study were(3.25±0.60)points,which was in the middle level. The score range of 5 dimensions(1~5)points,the highest score is the patient initiative(3.69 ± 0.63)points.There was statistical significance between self-management support and marital status, education level, and breast retention(P<0.05).(2)The total range of spiritual health scores is(0~48)points.The scores of 268 postoperative breast cancer patients in this study were(30.41±7.24)points,which was in the middle level. The score range of 3 dimensions(0~16)points,the highest score dimension is the meaning dimension(10.44 ± 2.64)points.The spiritual health of this study was statistically significant in terms of marital status, education level, personal monthly income, payment method, time since diagnosis, and pathological stage(P<0.05).(3)The total quality of life score ranges from(0 ~ 144)points.The scores of 268 postoperative breast cancer patients in this study were(90.90±16.62)points,which was in the middle level. The highest scoring dimension is the additional care dimension(22.97±5.78)points.The quality of life of the patients in this study was statistically significant with their marital status, education level, personal monthly income, time since diagnosis, pathological stage, and breast retention(P<0.05).(4)Pearson correlation analysis yielded a positive correlation between quality of life and self-management support(P<0.05);and between quality of life and spiritual health support(P<0.05)in postoperative breast cancer patients.(5)The results of the regression analysis showed that the regression equation could jointly explain 62.5% of the variance in the dependent variable quality of life score. The main influencing factors for postoperative breast cancer patients included spiritual health score, pathological stage(stage Ⅳ),whether to preserve the breast(yes),self-management support score and time since diagnosis(6 months~,12 months~).Conclusions:(1)The quality of life, spiritual health and self-management support scores of post-breast cancer patients were all at moderate levels.(2)There were positive correlations between quality of life and self-management support;between quality of life and spiritual health support;and between self-management support and spiritual health in postoperative breast cancer patients.(3)The results of regression analysis showed that the length of time since diagnosis, breast preservation,self-management support score and spiritual health score had a positive effect on the quality of life of patients after breast cancer surgery;high pathological stage had a negative effect on the quality of life of patients. |
