Clinical Observation Of Yiqiyangyintongluo Recipe In The Treatment Of Diabetic Nephropathy In Stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ With Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin Complicated With Stasis Syndrome And The Influence Of Micro-inflammatory State

Objective:To explore the efficacy of yiqiyangyintongluo recipe in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy in stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ with deficiency of both Qi and Yin complicated with stasis syndrome and the influence of micro-inflammatory state.Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria and exclusion criteria included in the qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndromes Ⅲ-Ⅳ stage of diabetic nephropathy patients 80 cases,random number table method is divided into control group and observation group 40 cases in each.On the basis of diet education,exercise education,blood glucose control,blood pressure and blood lipid control,the control group was additionally treated with benazepril,and the observation group was treated with yiqiyangyintongluo prescription on the basis of control group.The patients were followed up for 12 weeks.Compare two groups of patients before and after treatment of TCM symptom integral,clinical efficacy,serum creatinine and urea nitrogen,24 h urine protein,urine trace albumin quantitative,urine trace albumin/creatinine,serum tumor necrosis factor alpha,c-reactive protein,according to the observation of the two groups’ syndrome integral and lab index changes,curative effect,clinical curative effect of syndromes was conducted,micro inflammation state and safety evaluation.Results:After 12 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and clinical effects of the treatment group is superior to the control group(P<0.05)Meanwhile,the level of serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,24h urea protein quantitation,urea microalbumin,urine albumin to creatinine ratio,serum tumor necrosis factor Alpha and C-reactive protein of the treatment group is lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no toxic and side effects on patients in both groups during the whole treatment.Conclusion:YiqiYangyinTongluo recipe is safe and effective in treating patients with stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ of diabetic nephropathy with deficiency of both Qi and Yin complicated with stasis syndrome,and it can significantly release clinical symptoms,effectively reduce proteinuria,and delay the progression of renal function.Its mechanism of action may be related to the suppression of the micro-inflammatory state.
