| Object:To research the protective effect and pharmacodynamic mechanism of boost Qi nourishing Yin and Expectoration transforming Stasis (QYES) recipe to kidney of early diabetic nephropathy rats, to provide experimental evidence for the clinic medicine.Methods:The rats were fed with high sucrose and fat diet in a month to make the DN model established by intra-abdominal injection of STZ. The experimental rats were randomly divided into six groups: nomal contrast group, pattern group, prevention group, high dosage group, low dosage group and Fosinopril group. Then the rats were treated with QYES recipe for six weeks, taking Fosinopril as the comparative drug.
