| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture at qihuan point of zhuang medicine combined with longji moxibustion in the treatment of epigastric pain of deficiency and cold type,the adverse recurrence rate and the improvement of Yang deficiency constitution,so as to provide an effective acupuncture scheme with characteristics of zhuang medicine for clinical treatment of epigastric pain(LM)Methods:First,100 cases of epigastric pain patients with Yang deficiency constitution were screened with DSA-01 TCM four diagnostic apparatus,and 60 cases of epigastric pain patients with deficiency and cold type were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(Western medicine group)was treated with oral lansoprazole tablet,once a day,4 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 4 weeks.30 cases in the treatment group(Zhuangyi combined with western medicine group)were treated with oral Lansoprazole tablets combined with acupuncture at Zhuangyi umbilical ring point and moxibustion at Longji.Acupuncture on Zhuangyi’s umbilical ring point was treated once every other day,one week was a course of treatment,for a total of 4 weeks.Zhuang medicine longji moxibustion,1 times a week,1 week for a course of treatment,a total of 4weeks.After the course of treatment,the clinical efficacy,TCM syndromes efficacy,the change of constitution score of Yang deficiency,the occurrence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate were observed.Results:(1)Comparison of clinical efficacyThe total effective rate of the two groups after treatment was 86.7% in the treatment group(zhuang medicine combined with western medicine group)and 56.7% in the control group(western medicine group),with statistical significance between the two groups(P < 0.05).(2)Comparison of curative effects of TCMsyndromes,After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group(Zhuang medicine combined with western medicine group)was 93.3%,significantly higher than that of the control group(western medicine group)(56.7%)(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant.(3)Comparison of Yang deficiency constitution scoresBefore treatment,the total physical scores of the treatment group(Zhuang medicine combined with western medicine group)and the control group(western medicine group)were compared,P > 0.05,so it was comparable.After treatment,the comparison of physique scores in the treatment group(zhuang medicine combined with western medicine group)before and after treatment was P < 0.001,which was statistically significant,indicating that the physique of patients with Yang deficiency was improved after treatment in the treatment group.In the control group(western medicine group),the body mass score was P > 0.05 before and after comparison,which was not statistically significant,indicating that the control group(western medicine group)could not improve the constitution of patients with Yang deficiency.(4)Comparison of adverse reactionsThere was no abnormality in vital signs and blood pressure before and after treatment in the two groups of patients receiving oral western medicine.All of them are found to have adverse reactions and allergies after taking western medicine.No adverse reactions such as needle faintness and broken needle were found in the two groups.Occasionally,patients with a small amount of bleeding after needle extraction,compression can stop the bleeding.Subcutaneous bleeding spots appeared in some patients within 1-2 days after acupuncture without special treatment.(5)Comparison of recurrence rates between the two groupsIn the treatment group(Zhuang medicine combined with western medicine group),the recurrence rate was 26.7%.The recurrence rate of the control group(western medicine group)was 53.3%,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the recurrence rate of the treatment group(Zhuang medicine combined with western medicine group)was lower than that of the control group(western medicine group).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture combined with Longji moxibustion had a higher total effective rate in treating epigastric pain of deficiency and cold type than oral Western medicine alone.2.Acupuncture combined with Longji moxibustion at Qiuhuan point of Zhuangyi could improve the Yang deficiency constitution of patients with epigastric pain of deficiency and cold type better than oral administration of western medicine alone. |
