| Objective:In the research, visual acupotomology nerve stimulation was performed on the basis of TCM comprehensive rehabilitation.By comparing the scores of the limb function related evaluation scale before and after treatment, the therapeutic effect of the scale on cerebral hemorrhage limb dysfunction was observed. It is hoped to provide new clinical ideas and methods for the comprehensive treatment of limb dysfunction in patients with cerebral hemorrhage and hemiplegia. Methods:Sixty patients with cerebral hemorrhage and hemiplegia in Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine were collected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group according to the sequence of enrollment, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received the rehabilitation treatment plan and the basic treatment plan. The rehabilitation treatment plan includes acupuncture therapy and comprehensive limb rehabilitation training, once a day,5 times a week, for a course of 4 weeks. The basic treatment plan referred to the Guidelines and Common Knowledge of the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Diseases in China, and the standard treatment plan in the Guidelines for Cerebral Hemorrhage was adopted. The treatment group received visual acupotomy nerve stimulation+rehabilitation therapy+basic therapy.(Visual acupotomology nerve stimulation:one treatment was performed at the time of admission. The remaining treatment plan was the same as the control group).During the study, four observation time points were selected respectively before treatment, after the first treatment,4 weeks after treatment, and half a year after the completion of treatment, and the scale was used to evaluate the patients. The primary efficacy indicators was clinical myokinetic grading scale, and the secondary indicators included modified Ashworth scale(MAS),hemiplegic limb function rating scale, hemiplegic finger function rating scale, neurologic deficit scale(NDS),and the activities of daily living scale(ADL).Results:(1)Intra-group comparison:Treatment group at each observation time node clinical strength grading, hemiparalysis limb function evaluation, hemiplegia fingers function evaluation,NDS,ADL scores within the group of comparative evaluation, was showed the statistical differences(all P<0.05),and the difference is statistically significant, only in the intra-MAS comparison evaluation showed no difference(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in the control group after the first treatment or in the MAS(P>0.05),and there were statistical differences in the remaining indicators at other observation nodes(all P<0.05).(2)Compared with the difference between the two groups before and after treatment,it was found that there was no statistical difference between the two groups in the assessment of muscle tone(P>0.05),and the difference values of the other scales were different after the first treatment,4 weeks after treatment and and 6 months after completion of treatment, and the difference values of the treatment group were greater, with statistical significance(all P<0.05).(3)After two groups of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%,the total effective rate of the control group was 50.00%,the effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference between the two groups of effective rate was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Visual acupotomology nerve stimulation combined with acupuncture in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage hemiplegia patients with limb dysfunction has definite efficacy, better than acupuncture rehabilitation therapy alone, has obvious immediate effect and more stable long-term efficacy. The technique has high accuracy and safety, less damage, and can improve the clinical efficacy,so it is worth popularizing. |
