Clinical Study Of Electric Acupuncture Treatment By Stages For The Patients Of Cerebral Infarction Hemiplegia

Objective: cerebral infarction is one of the diseases damaging human health seriously. It is a common neuralgic disease which often takes place in the old man. It not only has a high mortality rate, but also has some locomotive function disabilities of varying degrees, it will affect the patients' future life.Here we study the effect of electric acupuncture to the patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia, in order to prevent from the symptomatology, reduce the lost symptom,and raise the life quality.Methods: 98 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into 3 groups, and were testified by CT or MRI. The three groups patients' course, degree of disease and general condition were almost identical and insignificant,so the three series of patients had comparability, comparing the effects among those groups with Nerve Function, Insufficant, Barthel index number FMA and the whole efficency of treatment.Result: The electric acupuncture group was better than the rehabilitation group and the traditional acupuncture group.Conclutiom the electric acupuncture can obviously accelerate motor function recovery in acute cerebral infarction patients the effect of electric acupuncture is better than rehabilitation treatment and traditional acupuncture treatment So electric acupuncture is effective on the rehablitation of patient with cerebral infarction.
