Clinical Study On The Effect Of Yiqi Huayu Jiedu Recipe Combined With Oxaliplatin Combined With Fluorouracil Chemotherapy On Recurrence And Metastasis Risk Of Gastric Cancer After Radical Resection

Objective:The research is to evaluate the effect of Yiqi Huayu Jiedu Recipe combined with oxaliplatin combined with fluorouracil chemotherapy on the risk of recurrence and metastasis,and to evaluate its intervention effect on quality of life in patients with gastric carcinoma after radical resection.This study aims to provide a more objective basis for Yiqi Huayu Jiedu Recipe to reduce the recurrence and metastasis of gastric cancer after surgery.Network pharmacology was used to predict the target and related signal pathway of Yiqi Huayu Jiedu Recipe in the treatment of gastric cancer,and to explain the role of Yiqi Huayu Jiedu Recipe in treating gastric cancer.Evaluate patients’ quality of life according to TCM symptom scores during follow-up.Methods:1.Clinical researchA total of 148 patients with stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ after radical resection of gastric cancer through outpatient and inpatient treatment were selected from Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine and 8 sub-centers from 2008 to 2017.Among them,84 people in the chemotherapy group and 64 people in the traditional Chinese medicine combined chemotherapy group.Patients were required to take Chinese medicine for more than 6 months and were followed up every 2 months.The objective evidence of tumor recurrence and metastasis was used as the event endpoint for the first time,and the disease-free survival(DFS)after gastric cancer treatment was used as the efficacy criterion to objectively evaluate the clinical benefit of patients.2.Network pharmacology research(1)The chemical constituents of Chinese medicines in Yiqi Huayu Jiedu Recipe were queried by TCMSP database.(2)The target information of 15 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine was predicted by database and the the network action map of the traditional Chinese medicine target point was constructed.(3)The related targets of gastric cancer and gastric cancer related clinical symptoms were queried,and the Chinese medicine component targets were combined with them to get the target network diagram.(4)GO and KEGG signaling pathway enrichment analysis was performed on key gene targets in the network.Result:1.For patients after radical resection of gastric cancer,Yiqi Huayu Jiedu Recipe combined with oxaliplatin combined with fluorouracil chemotherapy can prolong disease-free survival.2.Yiqi Huayu Jiedu Recipe can improve the symptom scores in chemotherapy patients,and at the same time improve the total score of TCM symptoms.3.The main targets of Yiqi Huayu Jiedu Recipe in the treatment of gastric cancer are MET,IRF1,CASP8,MPO,CCND1,ESR1,EGFR,NQO1,ERBB2,CHEK2,RB1,TP53,AKT1,IL1B,BAX,of which TP53,CCND1 and AKT1 may be the three most important targets.4.Gene enrichment analysis of Yiqi Huayu Jiedu Recipe in the treatment of gastric cancer showed that T cell activation,reactive oxygen species metabolic process and transcriptional misregulation in cancer were involved.conclusion:1.Yiqi Huayu Jiedu Recipe combined with oxaliplatin combined with fluorouracil chemotherapy can reduce the recurrence and metastasis after radical resection of gastric carcinoma.2.For patients undergoing chemotherapy,Yiqi Huayu Jiedu Recipe can improve their discomfort symptoms.3.The main targets of Yiqi Huayu Jiedu Recipe in the treatment of gastric cancer are TP53,CCND1,AKT1,and may be treated by T cell activation,reactive oxygen species metabolic process and transcriptional misregulation in cancer.
