| Objective: Through literature search,the law of medication for asthenopia was analyzed;based on the analysis of medication,a prospective study was conducted to explore the clinical efficacy of this treatment and evaluate the effectiveness and safety of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Moxibustion in the treatment of this disease.Methods:In the first part,retrospective exploration was conducted.Literature on the treatment of visual fatigue with traditional Chinese medicine in the last 10 years was searched on CNKI and Wanfang database.Based on the platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance,traditional Chinese medicine with high frequency of use was analyzed based on the platform,including the main meridian of nature and taste,medication mode and association rules.In the second part of clinical study,60 patients(120 eyes)The patients were randomly divided into two groups In the treatment group,30 patients(60 eyes)were treated with oral treatment of Ipidine plus walnut moxibustion.In the control group,30 patients(60 eyes)were treated with bicentric digitalis diglycoside eye drops,one course for two weeks.Symptomatic scores,BCC,NRA,PRA,AMP and AF in the whole body and eyes of the two groups were observed,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated by statistical analysis.Results:The statistical results showed that warm drugs were most commonly used,and the commonly used medicinal tastes were sweet,pungent and bitter.The main meridians are liver and spleen meridians.The top 10 high-frequency drugs were: Angelica sinensis,Paeonia lactiflora,Rehmannia rehmannii,Lycium wolfberry,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Licorice,Astragalus membranaceus,Bupleurum bupleurum,Dangshen,Poria cocos;The commonly used core drug pairs were: Rehmannia glutinosa-Angelica;Angelica-Paeonia lactiflora.Clinical study results:(1)After treatment,intra-group comparison of BCC before and after treatment in the treatment group showed statistically significant differences after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05),while intra-group comparison of BCC in the control group showed no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups after 2 weeks of treatment(P>0.05),but there was statistically significant difference after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,NRA and PRA showed no statistically significant differences between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).(3)After treatment,AF: the differences in right eye AF,left eye AF,and binocular AF were statistically significant(P<0.01);the two courses of binocular AF in the control group were significantly different(P<0.05),and the right eye AF had a significant difference after 4 weeks of treatment.statistical difference(P<0.01).In comparison between the two groups,the two courses of right-eye AF,left-eye AF,and binocular AF had statistical differences(P<0.01).(4)After treatment,AMP: the intra-group analysis of the treatment group before and after treatment showed statistically differences(P<0.01);There was no statistical significance in intra-group analysis of control group(P>0.05).The comparison between the two groups showed that there were statistical differences between the two treatment courses(P<0.01).(5)Total symptom score after treatment: after 2 weeks of treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 4 weeks of treatment,the two groups had a statistically significant difference(P<0.01),and the treatment group had better improvement than the control group.(6)Analysis of curative effect after treatment: the effective rate of the treatment group was 90%;the effective rate of the control group was 66.7%.There was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was more obvious.Conclusion:Moxibustion combined with medicine is effective in treating asthenopia due to deficiency of liver and spleen.It can improve the eye symptoms and the whole body at the same time.Moxibustion combined with medicine is safe,practical and convenient in the treatment of asthenopia. |
