Clinical And Experimental Study On Treatment Of Asthenopia By Shipining Tablet

Object: To explore the menchanism of treating asthenopia by Shipining Tablet.Methods: Do the clinical observe and animal experiments by using Shipining Tablet and comparing control group with Buzhongyiqi Pellet or Qijvdihuang Pellet.Results: Clinical surveying and treating by Shipining Pellet for 40 patients, the total effective rate was 87.5%. The convergence proximal point distance and regulation proximal point distance obviously reduced.The fusion convergence range obviously widened. The result was obviously better than that of the control group (P<0.05 ).It was proved by the animal experiments that this medicine can improve the symptom of spleen-deficiency, enhance the activation of SOD in the serum and in the eye organization, decreace IL-2 in the serum. It was quite diffient comparing with the control group (P<0.05) .Conclusions: Shipining Pellet had a good effect on improving the symptoms of asthenopia.
