Clinical Observation Of Bushen Huazhuo Jiedu Decoction In The Treatment Of ASO Based On Kidney Deficiency And Turbid Toxin Syndrom

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Bushen Huazhuo Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of arteriosclerosis obliterans（ASO）,and to explore the clinical significance of Bushen Huazhuo Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of ASO from the perspective of kidney deficiency and Turbid Toxin syndrom.Methods:Sixty ASO patients who met the criteria were selected and divided into experimental group and control group with 30 cases in each according to the random number table.The general data（gender,age,course of disease,location of disease,clinical stage）of the two groups were collected,and the symptoms and signs were recorded.According to the TCM syndrome score table,high sensitive C reactive protein（hs-CRP）,tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α）,lipoprotein（α）[Lp（α）],total choles-terol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,cystatin C（Cys C）were detected,β₂-microglobulin（β₂-MG）,glomerular filtration rate（GFR）,fibrinogen（FIB）and and ankle brachial index（ABI）.The control group was given basic treatment,while the treatment group was given Bushen Huazhuo Jiedu decoction.The TCM syndrome efficacy judgment score were recorded on the 12th and 24th day of treatment,and the total efficacy of the two groups was recorded on the 24th day of treatment.The above indicators and safety indicators were detected.The differences of the total efficacy,TCM syndrome efficacy judgment score and related indicators between the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:The effective rate and clinical cure rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）.Compared with the level before treatment,the TCM syndrome integral levels of the two groups on the 12th and24th day of treatment were significantly lower（P<0.01）,and the TCM syndrome integral levels on the 24th day of treatment were significantly lower than those on the12th day of treatment（P<0.01）;the TCM syndrome integral levels of the experimental group on the 12th and 24th day of treatment were lower than those of the control group（P<0.01）.Compared with the level before treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α,TC,Lp（α）,Cys C,β₂-MG and FIB were decreased（P<0.05,P<0.01）and the level of ABI was increased（P<0.05,P<0.01）.The levels of hs CRP,TNF-α,TC,Cys C,β₂-MG and FIB in the treatment group on the 24th day were lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）.There was no obvious liver and kidney function damage,no allergy and other adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:Bushen Huazhuo Jiedu Decoction can can treat ASO by improving the level of blood lipid,blood hypercoagulability and early renal function.
