Objective:Through the application of Qihong Xiaogu decoction in the treatment of liver cirrhosis ascites with qi deficiency and blood stasis,to observe its clinical efficacy and provide theoretical support for the development and promotion of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of liver cirrhosis ascites.Methods:Sixty-four patients who met the inclusion criteria of this topic were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 32 cases in each group. The control group were only terated by conventional Western medicine treatment(including basic treatment and symptomatic treatment),and the experimental group was additionally given traditional Chinese medicine Qihong Xiaogu decoction orally on the basis of its treatment plan.To observe and record the results of TCM syndrome score, abdominal circumference, body weight, average urine output of 24 hours, abdominal B-ultrasound,renal function, liver function and prothrombin time activity were observed before therapy and at post-treatment four weeks in both groups, and statistical software was used to process and analyze the data to make an objective evaluation of the efficacy.Results:①Comparison of comprehensive efficacy:the total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.75%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 75%,The comprehensive curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).②Comparison of curative effects based on TCM syndrome scores:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.75%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 68.75%.indicating that the therapeutic effect derived from TCM syndrome scores in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.01).③Comparison of TCM syndrome scores:The scores of TCM syndrome in the experimental group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),while those in the control group were not significantly decreased(P>0.05)in liver palms and spider angioma, dim and blakish complexion, epistaxis or Teeth bleeding(P<0.05),and the other symptoms were improved P<0.05);After four weeks of treatment, the score difference between the two groups showed no significant difference except for liver palms and spider angioma(P>0.05),and there was statistical difference in the score difference of residual symptoms between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the experimental group has better effect on improving TCM syndrome than the control group.④Comparison of liver function and prothrombin time activity:liver function(ALT,AST,TBil,ALB)and prothrombin time activity(PTA)in the two groups were significantly improved before and after treatment(P<0.05);After treatment, the improvement of liver function indexes and prothrombin time activity in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).⑤Comparison of abdominal B-ultrasound:there were significant differences in the depth of ascites between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),but no significant improvement in spleen thickness and portal vein diameter(P>0.05).Compared with the control group, only the regression of ascites in the experimental group was significantly improved after the treatment course P<0.05),but the spleen thickness and portal vein diameter were not significantly improved(P>0.05).⑥Comparison of abdominal circumference, body weight, average urine output of 24 hours:abdominal circumference, body weight and average urine output of 24 hours before and after treatment were all effective in the two groups(P<0.05);After treatment, the difference of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qihong Xiaogu decoction has a satisfactory clinical effect in the treatment of liver cirrhosis ascites with qi deficiency and blood stasis,it makes up for the deficiency of complications and poor comprehensive efficacy in the treatment of pure western medicine, and has high clinical reference value.
