Clinical Observation Of Modified Yiguanjian Decoction Combined With Entecavir In The Treatment Of Compensated Hepatitis B Cirrhosis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse effects of Entecavir alone and combined with Jiawei Yiguanjian Decoction in the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis patients during the compensatory period,to conform the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Yiguanjian Decoction by comparing the difference between the two groups.Methods: According to the inclusion criteria,60 patients with compensatory hepatitis B cirrhosis with yin deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into experimental group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).The observation period was 12 weeks.The improvement of TCM syndrome score,liver function,liver fiber four items HBV-DNA,abdominal color ultrasound score and liver elasticity and adverse reactions were observed.Results:(1)The total effective rate of the experimental group was85.74 %and that of the control group was 64.29%.The total effective rate of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).(2)The total effective rate of the experimental group was 85.71% about the curative effect and the control group was 60.71%,the experimental group was obviously better than that of the control group(P < 0.01).(3)The abdominal color Doppler sonography and liver function(AST、ALT、TBIL)in the experimental group were improved better than that of the control group(P< 0.05).(4)The improvement degree of experimental group were obviously higher than that of the control group in the liver fibers and FS(P < 0.01)。(5)There was no significant advantage in reducing the HBY-DNA level in the test group(P > 0.05).(6)All the safety indexes of the observed cases were not abnormal,and there were no adverse events and adverse reactions.Conclusion:Jiawei Yiguanjian Decoction is effective in treating compensatory hepatitis B cirrhosis with yin deficiency and blood stasis,especially in liver fibrosis and inflammation,and it is safe and worth popularizing.
