Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Tongluo Prescription in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis. Methods: Sixty patients meeting the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. On the basis of stable blood sugar control, the control group was given mecobalamin orally 0.5 mg(1 tablet)/time,3 times a day;the treatment group was given oral treatment with Yiqi Tongluo Prescription on the basis of mecobalamin.Observe and record the patient’s clinical symptom score of the TCM syndrome, the Toronto clinical system score of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, and neuroelectrophysiological changes after treatment, and compare them with those before treatment;and observe whether the patients have obvious adverse reactions.Use SPSS 22.0 software for relevant data analysis. Results: After treatment, two groups’ total score of TCM syndromes was reduced, and the reduction degree in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group; The effective rate of the treatment group which was86.67% was higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the Toronto clinical system score and nerve conduction velocity of the two groups of patients were improved, and the improvement degree of the treatment group was better than that of the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion: The combined use of Yiqi Tongluo Prescription and methylcobalamin can reduce the TCM syndrome score and Toronto score of patients with DPN;it can also increase the nerve conduction velocity of patients and improve their clinical symptoms. There are no obviously adverse reactions to the combined use of amines. The medication safety is relatively high. |
