The Observation Of Clinical Effect Of The Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Treating By Qi And Blood Circulation Meridians Method

Objective: To observe the safety and clinical efficacy of Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction in the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type diabetic peripheral neuropathy,for the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type diabetes around Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction Neuropathy provides a basis for effectiveness and safety.Method: Seventy subjects of the Shanxi Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine who meet diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into two groups,which accords to the numerical random table method,and 35 cases in the control group and the treatment group.After routine treatment,the blood glucose and blood lipids were controlled in a stable range.The control group was given oral mecobalamin tablets(500ug,Tid),and the treatment group was given oral Bu Yang Huan Wu Tang and Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction.,150 ml,Bid),both groups were treated for 12 weeks.TCM syndrome scores of patients before and after treatment,Michigan Diabetic Neuropathy Score(MDNS),nerve conduction velocity,glycosylated hemoglobin and other indicators were collected,and these data were analyzed by statistical methods.Results: 1.Comparison of clinical efficacy of TCM syndromes: The total efficiency of the treatment group was 91%,and the total efficiency rate of the control group was 63%.The comparison between the two groups was P<0.05.The clinical efficacy of the TCM syndrome in treatment group was better than that of the other one.2.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: P<0.05 in the two groups after treatment,indicating that both groups can improve TCM syndromes after treatment.P<0.05 between the two groups after treatment showed that the treatment group improved TCM syndromes was better than that of the other one.3.Improvement of MDNS: P<0.05 was compared between the two groups after treatment,indicating that the MDNS of both groups decreased after treatment.The comparison between groups was P<0.05,which indicates that the MDNS of the treatment group decreased more than that of the other one.4.The effect on nerve conduction velocity:P<0.05 was compared between the two groups after treatment,indicating that the MCV and SCV of the median motor nerve and the MCV and SCV of the common peroneal nerve were improved after treatment.The comparison between the groups was P<0.05,indicating that the MCV and SCV of the median motor nerves in the treatment group were better thanthose of the control group.5.Effects on glycosylated hemoglobin levels: The two groups of patients were compared with those before treatment,P>0.05,indicating that the blood glucose control of the two groups was stable during the treatment.6.Comparison of safety:All patients did not show obvious discomfort and adverse reactions during the treatment,and the general physical examination,three routine(blood,urine,stool routine),electrocardiogram,blood glucose,blood lipids,liver function,and renal function tests were not seen.abnormal.Conlusion: Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction have significant effects on qi deficiency and blood stasis type diabetic peripheral neuropathy,which can significantly improve symptoms and signs and improve nerve conduction velocity in clinical practice.It is worth further promotion and application.
