Objective:Explore the effect of Fast-Track Surgery in laparoscopic uterine fibroids surgery by using systematic review. Methods:Search related literature about applying FTS in the perioperative period of laparoscopic uterine fibroids in PubMed,EMbase,The Cochrane Library English databases and VIP,CBM,CNKI and Wanfang databases from the establishment of the database to December 2020,then analyze and study the literatures of randomized controlled research and retrospective case control study. The researcher screened the literatures and extracted data according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and evaluated the quality of the literatures.Revman 5.3 software was used for meta analysis. The Cochrane Collaboration was used for evaluate the quality of the included studies. Results:After strict implementation of the inclusion criteria,34 Chinese documents were finally accepted. The FTS group is compared with the traditional group in the following nine aspects, the results are as follows:(1)The incidence of postoperative complications in the FTS group was lower than that in the traditional group. There was a significant difference between the two groups in this respect,(RR=0.33,95%CI[0.26,0.43],P<0.00001).(2)The incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting in the FTS group was lower than that in the traditional group. There was a significant difference between the two groups in this respect,(RR=0.37,95%CI[0.25,0.54],P<0.00001).(3)In terms of operation time, there was no significant difference between the FTS group and the traditional group,(WMD=-2.10,95%CI[-5.33,1.12],P=0.20).(4)In terms of intraoperative blood loss, the FTS group was significantly less than the traditional group. There were significant differences between the two groups in this respect,(WMD=-6.06,95%CI[-11.71,-0.40],P=0.04).(5)In terms of hospitalization time, the FTS group was significantly shorter than the traditional group. There were significant differences between the two groups in this respect,(WMD=-1.40,95%CI[-1.71,-1.09],P<0.00001).(6)In terms of postoperative exhaust time, the FTS group was significantly faster than the traditional group. There was a significant difference between the two groups in this respect,(WMD=-8.52,95%CI[-10.20,-6.84],P<0.00001).(7)In terms of treatment costs, the FTS group is significantly less than the traditional group. There are significant differences between the two groups in this respect,(WMD=-1033.44,95%CI[-1751.26,-315.62],P=0.005).(8)In terms of postoperative bowel sound recovery time, the FTS group was significantly faster than the traditional group. There were significant differences between the two groups in this respect,(WMD=-7.19,95%CI[-10.33,-4.04],P<0.00001).(9)In terms of the time to get out of bed for the first time after operation, the FTS group was significantly faster than the traditional group. There were significant differences between the two groups in this respect,(WMD=-14.80,95%CI[-21.77,-7.82],P<0.0001).Conclusion:The application of FTS in laparoscopic uterine fibroids surgery can reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, shorten the hospital stay, save treatment costs, and promote postoperative recovery of patients.FTS is safe, effective and economical in laparoscopic uterine fibroids surgery and is worthy of promotion.
