| Objective:With the help of "Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant platform(v2.5)" system,data mining and summarizing Professor Liu Quan ’s clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of stomachache,so as to inherit the diagnosis and treatment experience of famous and old Chinese medicine.Methods:From November 2018 to November 2019,Professor Liu Quan’s effective cases of diagnosis and treatment of epigastralgia in the famous hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of He Bei Province were collected,and the effective information and first diagnosis prescription of the patients were recorded into the system of "Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary platform(v2.5)",the general information,symptoms,treatment methods,prescriptions and other contents of the patients were analyzed,summarized and summarized,and the medication characteristics of Professor Liu Quan’s diagnosis and treatment of epigastralgia were explored And laws.Results:1 Basic information: among the 268 patients,140 were female and 128 were male,mainly between 51-70 years old;the most common type of epigastralgia was dull pain;the common accompanying symptoms were gastric distention,acid regurgitation and noise;the syndrome of damp heat of spleen and stomach was the most frequent;the tongue vein was red,yellow and greasy,and the pulse was stringy;the corresponding diagnosis of Western medicine was chronic atrophic gastritis The incidence of gastritis(CAG)with intestinal metaplasia(IM)was the highest.2 Prescription analysis: the prescriptions involved in this time include188 traditional Chinese medicines.According to the analysis of four Qi and five flavors of traditional Chinese medicine,most of them are warm,cold,bitter and pungent.The meridian tropism of traditional Chinese medicine is mainly composed of spleen,liver and stomach.Among them,41 prescriptions are used more than 50 times,which are classified according to the efficacy of drugs,involving 11 categories,among which Qi regulating drugs are the most,followed by heat clearing drugs and blood activating and stasis removing drugs.The top 13 traditional Chinese medicines are used in dosage points Statistics,such as 12 g of angelica,20 g of Paeonia,15 g of Corydalis,6G of bupleurum,6G of Scutellaria;in the analysis of drug association rules,set80% support and 0.95% confidence to obtain 11 core drugs.3 New square analysis:according to the improved mutual information method,the drug correlation degree is set to 8,and the punishment degree is set to 2.The data correlation degree between the two drugs is obtained,and the statistical correlation coefficient is more than 0.02,a total of 28 groups.Based on the entropy clustering of complex system,the core combination of3-4 drugs was obtained,17 groups in total,and 9 new prescriptions were extracted.Conclusion:Through the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance,the data results of this study are summarized and sorted out,and it is concluded that Professor Liu Quan thinks that the core pathogenesis of epigastralgia is the absence of pain,and the pathological manifestation is the loss of the Qi mechanism of the stomach and the organs.The basic treatment principle is to treat the patients with clinical symptoms and to treat them with general treatment.In the specific clinical application,we should not only release the bitter and bitter,regulate the Qi,but also pay attention to the liver and spleen,and the degree of Sheng Ke;at the same time,we should pay attention to the combination of deficiency and excess,and tonifying.Ancient prescriptions are used now,and materials are used according to syndrome differentiation;they are good at using complex methods to combine prescriptions and medicines,so as to bring forth new through the old.At last,nine new prescriptions for the treatment of epigastralgia were obtained,which provided a new way of thinking and thinking for the clinical treatment of epigastralgia in the future. |
