Study On The Clinical Nursing Path Of Integrated Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine In The Perioperative Period Of Senile Hip Fracture

Objective: Based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation and the characteristic nursing of traditional Chinese medicine,to construct the clinical nursing path of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the perioperative period of elderly hip fracture,to carry out clinical verification,Comprehensive discussion of the clinical effect perioperative elderly hip fracture Integrative traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and to provide reference and evidence basis for clinical nursing work.Methods: 1.Through literature inquiry and case review,the questionnaire on the clinical nursing path of the elderly patients with hip fractures during the perioperative period of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine was established.The Delphi method was applied to revise and improve the path form through two rounds of expert letters,to construct the clinical nursing path of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.2.From August 2018 to December 2019,70 elderly patients with hip fracture who were admitted to the bone injury department of Hebei hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were selected for surgical treatment.There were 35 cases in the two groups the control groups were used by routine nursing,the intervention group applied the clinical nursing path to integrate traditional Chinese and western medicine for nursing.Compared to the daily living ability after the procedure in the two groups,the costs of hospitalization after the procedure,the incidence of complications,and patient satisfaction.Results: 1.By applying the Delphi method,completed the clinical nursing path construction and implementation process of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the perioperative period of senile hip fracture.2.Comprehensive clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese Integrative Medicine clinical nursing path of confirmed patients,The intervention group Barthel index scores were higher than the control group in the After intervention.(P<0.05).The incidence of hospitalization expenses and complications in the intervention group was lower than that in the control of group(P<0.05).Comparison of satisfaction between the two groups,The satisfaction degree in the intervention group was higher than the control group,with statistical difference.(P<0.05).Conclusion: The clinical nursing path of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the perioperative period of senile hip fracture was constructed by Delphi expert’s letter consultation,and the research results were reliable and scientific to some extent.Through the effect of the pathway,it turns out that perioperative period in elderly hip fracture patients comprehensive Chinese Integrative Medicine clinical nursing pathway can improve their daily activities,reduce the incidence of complications and the total cost of hospitalization,improve the satisfaction of patients,and facilitate the recovery of patients.It lays a foundation for clinical application.
