Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Psoriasis Of Head (Blood Heat Syndrome) With Lixi Recipe And Xiaoyin Granule

Objective: Through in-depth study of Professor Li tie’e’s treatment of patients with head psoriasis,observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine leaching formula in the treatment of head psoriasis(blood heat syndrome),combine the experience and wisdom of experts,improve the modern pathogenesis theory of psoriasis,form an optimized treatment plan,objectively evaluate the efficacy and advantages of this traditional Chinese medicine leaching treatment of head psoriasis(blood heat syndrome),enrich and Optimize the diagnosis and treatment of head psoriasis.Methods: 60 patients with head psoriasis were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The control group was treated with Xiaoyin granule,and the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine leaching formula on the basis of the treatment in the control group.During the treatment,60 patients should pay attention to diet,maintain good living habits and adjust their emotions.4 weeks is a course of treatment.After one course of treatment,observe and record the changes of PASI score,pruritus degree score and quality of life score before and after treatment in the treatment group and the control group.Results:1.After one course of treatment(4 weeks),there were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in the scores of psoriatic skin injury severity(PASI),pruritus degree and skin disease quality of life index before treatment(P < 0.05);2.After one course of treatment(4 weeks),the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,the total effective rate of the control group was60.00%,and there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05);3.The treatment group did not produce adverse reactions during the treatment,so it was not included in the statistics.Conclusion:1.The traditional Chinese medicine washing prescription is a safe and effective method for the treatment of head psoriasis(blood heat syndrome).2.The treatment of psoriasis of head(blood heat syndrome)with traditional Chinese medicine Lixi recipe can make the medicine reach the place of disease and be absorbed effectively,so that the skin lesions can be eliminated quickly.
