Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Adenomyosis With The Addition And Subtraction Of Bushen Wenyang Huayu Recipe And Diphereline

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Wenyang Huayu Recipe plus and minus combined with Diphereline in the treatment of adenomyosis,and to evaluate its effectiveness and safety,give full play to the advantages of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and provide more treatment ideas for the disease.Methods: A total of 60 patients with adenomyosis who met the inclusion criteria and were admitted to the gynecological outpatient department of hebei hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from June 2018 to November 2019 were randomly divided into two groups with 30 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with Bushen Wenyang Huayu Decoction plus or minus oral injection combined with Diphereline intramuscular injection,and the control group was treated with Diphereline intramuscular injection.Before and 12 weeks after treatment,VAS score,TCM syndrome score,anxiety self-assessment scale score,serum CA-125,uterine volume,chronic pelvic pain efficacy,TCM syndrome efficacy and adverse reactions were evaluated..Spss21.0 software was used to analyze all the data.Result:1.Age comparison between the two groups: there was no statistically significant difference in age between the two groups(P>0.05),suggesting comparability.2.Course Comparison between the two groups: there was no statistically significant difference in the course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05),suggesting comparability.3.VAS score of pelvic pain: there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),suggesting comparability.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.4.TCM syndrome score: there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),suggesting comparability.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.5.SAS score: there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),suggesting comparability.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.6.Serum CA-125: there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),suggesting comparability.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.7.Uterine volume: there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),suggesting comparability.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.8.Pelvic pain efficacy: the total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 83.3% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.9.Effect of TCM syndrome: the total effective rate was 90% in the treatment group and 76.7% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.10.Incidence of adverse reactions: the incidence of adverse reactions was3.3% in the treatment group and 20% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group.Conclusion:Through observing the clinical effect of Bushen Wenyang Huayu formula plus and minus combined with Diphereline in the treatment of adenomyosis,we can draw the following conclusions:1.The main pathogenesis of this disease is kidney deficiency and blood stasis.The treatment is to invigorate kidney,warm yang and remove blood stasis;2.The addition and subtraction of Bushen Wenyang Huayu Decoction Combined with Diphereline can relieve chronic pelvic pain symptoms,improve the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine,reduce the level of serum CA125,and reduce the volume of uterus;3.The addition and subtraction of Bushen Wenyang Huayu Recipe Combined with Diphereline can improve the anxiety state of patients;4.The addition and subtraction of Bushen Wenyang Huayu Recipe Combined with Diphereline can effectively improve the chronic pelvic pain and TCM syndrome;5.The addition and subtraction of Bushen Wenyang Huayu Recipe can reduce the adverse reactions of Diphereline.
