Clinical Observation Of Timing Acupuncture Combined With Rehabilitation Training In Treating Hand Dysfunction After Stroke

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training at Chenshi and Shenshi in treating hand dysfunction after stroke,objectively summarize,analyze,and evaluate the research results,and provide a reference for clinical timing of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training to treat this disease.Methods: 90 patients with hand dysfunction after stroke were divided into observation group and control group by random number method,45 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group chose acupuncture intervention at Chenshi(7-9 o’clock)and given rehabilitation training.The treatment plan of acupuncture and rehabilitation training in the control group was the same as that of the control group.After 4 weeks of treatment,the FTHUE,FMA,and BI score of the two groups of patients were observed before and after treatment,and compared and analyzed.Result:1.There were no significant differences in the age,gender,course data,FTHUE grade,FMA and BI score between the two groups of patients before treatment.2.After 4 weeks of treatment,the FTHUE grade,FMA and BI score of the two group improved better than before treatment(P<0.05).3.After 4 weeks of treatment,the FTHUE grade,FMA and BI score of the control group was worse than that of the observation group(P<0.05).4.No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment period.Conclusion:1.Chen Shi acupuncture and Shen Shi acupuncture can improve the FTHUE grade of patients after stroke,of which Chen Shi is better than Shen Shi.2.Acupuncture at Chenshi and acupuncture at Shenshi can both improve the FMA hand motion score of the affected side.3.Chenshi acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training is more effective in improving daily life ability than Shenshi acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training.
