The development of the new era has brought huge challenges to public health supervision.The current health supervision system is constantly improving,and the functions of supervision agencies are constantly improving.At the same time,the objects of health supervision are expanding.This requires public health supervision and management to be able to Keep pace with the times and improve their working methods to ensure the performance of health supervision functions.However,judging from the current status quo,there are still a series of problems in public health supervision and management,leading to difficulties in the current public health supervision and management work in my country,which greatly affects the effectiveness of management.This article takes D city as a research case,and strives to find out existing problems through investigation and analysis of the status quo of public health supervision and management in D city,and propose solutions to help D city’s public health supervision and management better advance.The thesis uses literature research,questionnaire survey,interview survey and other methods,combined with years of work experience in public health supervision and management positions,to conduct research on the existing problems of public health supervision and management in D city,find out the reasons and propose corresponding countermeasures.In the process of research,the subjects of supervision and management and residents of D city are mainly used.Questionnaires are issued to understand the current satisfaction situation,and the relevant personnel engaged in public health supervision and management work are interviewed to understand the gains during the implementation process.Based on the results and problems,we can draw theoretical and data support to further analyze the problems and explore the reasons for the problems.The investigation revealed that there are six problems in public health supervision and management in City D: incomplete public health supervision and management laws,unclear subject of public health supervision and management,imperfect public health supervision and management system,Insufficient funds for public health supervision and management,and public health supervision The incomplete information system and the inadequate public health supervision and management power are mainly reflected in the lagging of relevant legislation,unclear functions,incomplete system reform,insufficient financial investment,insufficient information construction,and lack of professional talents.Aspects.In response to the relevant issues in the research and analysis of this article,we have to establish and improve health supervision laws and regulations,clarify the positioning of public health supervision functions,strengthen financial support,rationally allocate resources,strengthen the construction of public health supervision personnel,and strengthen the construction of public health supervision information.The whole society jointly participates in several aspects of the supervision model and put forward suggestions for improvement,which provide policy reference for the development of public health in the grassroots area.
