Modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction For The Treatment Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Observation Of Clinical Effect Of Discogenic Low Back Pain

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction in the treatment of discogenic low back pain with qi deficiency and blood stasis,and to evaluate its efficacy and safety.Methods:Eighty patients with discogenic low back pain that met the requirements of this trial were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into test group and control group,40 cases each.The control group was given ordinary traction treatment and external application of piroxicam patch.The experimental group received oral treatment of traditional Chinese medicine decoction Jiawei Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction on the basis of the control group.Traction once every two days for 10 times,patch once every two days for 10 times,traditional Chinese medicine once every day for 20 times,The treatment period of both groups was 20 days.Observe and record the pain VAS score and ODI score of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,evaluate the clinical effectiveness according to the modified Mac Nab standard,analyze each index,and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups.Results:(1)During the test,6 patients in the test group showed symptoms that may be related to the test,9 patients in the control group showed symptoms that may be related to the test,5 patients in the test group and 7 patients in the control group after symptomatic treatment continued to relieve the symptoms After communication,1 person in the test group and 2persons in the control group refused to continue the test and withdrew from the test.The test group withdrew from 2 for other reasons.At the end of the test,the test group had a total of 37 people,and the control group had 38 people.(2)the VAS scores of pain before treatment in the two groups Compared with the ODI score,P> 0.05,the difference in data between the two groups was not statistically significant;the pain VAS score and ODI score of the two groups of patients after treatment were less than before treatment,and P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the two groups were treated the schemes can effectively relieve patients’ pain and restore some waist functions.(3)After treatment,the pain VAS score and ODI score of the test group were less than the control group,p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the clinical effect of the test group was better than the control group.According to the modified Mac Nab standard,the data of the two groups after the rank sum test showed that the test group was better than the control group,p<0.05,indicating that the test group was better than the control group;Conclusion:(1)The treatment plan of the test group and the control group can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with discogenic low back pain of qi deficiency and blood stasis type;the treatment plan of the test group is better than the control group;(2)Jiawei Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang Combined with symptomatic treatment,it has better clinical effect and higher safety in the treatment of discogenic low back pain of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.
