Clinical Study On Mdified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction In The Treatment Of Lumbar Postoperative Syndrome Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Object ive:The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical effect of modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of lumbar postoperative syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis,and to evaluate its effectiveness and safety.To provide new TCM treatment ideas for patients with lumbar postoperative syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis type in order to improve their quality of life.Methods:The subjects were patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type lumbar postoperative syndrome treated in Shandong Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to June 2021.60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nonsteroidal analgesics and nutritional nerve drugs,and the treatment group was treated with modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction on the basis of the control group.Four weeks was a course of treatment.After one course of treatment,it was observed for 6 months.The VAS,JOA score of lumbar spine,TCM symptom score and HAD score were used as observation indexes,and spss26 was selected the collected data were statistically analyzed to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction.Results:There were significant differences in VAS and JOA score between the two groups after treatment,3 months and 6 months after treatment(P<0.05).The treatment group had lower VAS and higher JOA score than the control group.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.After treatment,there were significant differences in TCM symptom score and HAD score between the two groups(P<0.05).The treatment group had lower TCM syndrome score and HAD score than the control group.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction combined with conventional western medicine has a more significant effect in reducing many symptoms of lumbar postoperative syndrome.It can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with lumbar postoperative syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis,improve the quality of life and delay the progress of the disease.Its therapeutic mechanism may be related to inhibiting the formation of scar tissue,hematoma and inflammatory reaction.This prescription is simple to form,and the drug is specific to leehom.It is safe to take and worth popularizing.
