Efficacy Evaluation Of Yishen Tongluo Decoction On Infertile Patients With Asymptomatic Asthenozoospermia

Objective:Observe the effect of Yishen Tongluo Decoction for asymptomatic as thenozoospermia infertile patients on progressive sperm(PR),progressive sperm and non-progressive sperm(PR+NP),velocity of straight-line(VSL),DNA fragment ation index(DFI),sperm function(sperm acrosomal enzyme activity,hypotonic swelling rate of sperm tail),Pregnancy rate of spouse to evaluate comprehensive ly for it′s clinical efficacy and safety.Methods:Collect 150 infertile patients with asymptomatic asthenozoospermia who were treated in the reproductive medicine department of Henan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to October 2019,and were set up as treatment group and control group by random number table method,75 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Yishen Tongluo Decoction and the control group was treated with L-carnitine oral solution for 12 weeks.After treatment,the main indicators of semen before and after treatment were recorded in the two groups,and the spouse’s pregnancy status was followed up.Results:During the treatment,3 cases were dropped or eliminated in the treatment group,4 cases were dropped or eliminated in the control group,143 cases were finally completed,including 72 cases in the treatment group and 71 cases in the control group.Before treatment,the general data and observation indexes of the two groups were statistically analyzed,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and was comparable.After the treatment,the data was included in the statistical analysis,the results are as follows:1.After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 84.72%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 60.56%.The difference of total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group;the difference of clinical effect between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group;2.Comparison within the group after treatment,PR,PR+NP,VSL,DFI,sperm acrosomal enzyme activity,hypotonic swelling rate of sperm tail have improved,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared between the two groups,the differences in PR,PR+NP,VSL,DFI,sperm acrosomal enzyme activity,and hypotonic swelling rate of sperm tail were statistically significant(P <0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group;3.After treatment,no obvious adverse symptoms appeared in both groups.Conclusion:Yishen Tongluo Decoction can obviously improve the sperm vitality and velocity of straight-line of asymptomatic asthenozoospermia infertility patients,reduce their sperm DNA fragmentation index,improve the sperm function and improve the pregnancy rate of the patient’s spouse,It has good treatment effect and safety for asymptomatic asthenozoospermia.
