Objective:Based on the physical examination monitoring data of the cadres and occupational groups in a district of Tianjin in 2016,this paper aims to understand the influencing factors of coronary heart disease in the in-service and retired cadres of the health examination center in a district of Tianjin,in order to have a more comprehensive and systematic understanding of the health level of public officials and provide a basis for the formulation of targeted cardiovascular disease prevention and control strategies.Method:5254 retired and in-service cadres who took part in physical examination in a district Health Examination Center of Tianjin in 2016 were selected as the research objects.According to the clinical symptoms of angina pectoris, the results of ECG and coronary angiography, and the history of previous myocardial infarction or stent implantation, the research objects were divided into the control group(4415 cases)and the coronary heart disease group(839 cases),and the two groups of patients were treated by statistically trained doctors The data of age, gender, smoking and drinking, diet, exercise, disease history, medication history, operation history and family disease genetic history were collected, fasting blood glucose and lipid were measured, blood pressure was measured, body mass index(BMI)was calculated.SPSS17.0 software package was used for independent sample t-test and?(17)test.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors of coronary heart disease. Results:there was no significant difference in smoking history, drinking history and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)between the control group and coronary heart disease group(P>0.05).There were 255 women in coronary heart disease group and 1235 women in the control group,with?(17)=2.03,P=0.154,the difference was not statistically significant. However,in order to avoid the influence of confounding factors,it was reintroduced into the equation for multi factor analysis. There were significant differences in FPG,Hb A1C,TC,TG,LDL-C,age,hyperlipidemia,fatty liver,BMI,type 2 diabetes and hypertension(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the OR values of the elderly(45-59,60-74,75-89,90-year-old)were 1.86,3.19,4.94 and 6.55,respectively,female(OR=1.71),hyperlipidemia(OR=1.21),fatty liver(OR=1.20),overweight or obesity(OR=1.27,1.71),hypertension grade(OR values of hypertension grade 1,2 and3 were 1.39,1.66 and 2,respectively)42)and diabetes control failure(OR=1.91)were risk factors for coronary heart disease. Conclusions:We should take targeted measures to prevent and control coronary heart disease in the elderly, female, overweight or obese, with hyperlipidemia, fatty liver, hypertension and diabetes.
