Clinical Study On Modified Huangqi Ginseng Decoction In Treatment Of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease With Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Huangqi Ginseng decoction in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease with deficiency of spleen and kidney.Methods :A total of 60 patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease who met the inclusion criteria in the inpatient and outpatient departments of Gansu traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were divided into control group and treatment group by random grouping method,30 cases in each group.The control group was given polyene phosphatidylcholine capsule orally,and the treatment group was given Astragalus ginseng decoction on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was 12 weeks,and both groups had reasonable exercise and diet.Before and after treatment,TCM syndrome score,liver color ultrasound,CAP value,liver enzyme and blood lipid indexes were observed and compared between the two groups.Results :1.From TCM symptom score,Before and after treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in both groups were improved(P<0.05),Both groups can improve the symptoms of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease;After treatment,the two groups in hypochondriac pain,weak waist and knee,fatigue fatigue,food intake and other symptoms(P<0.05),The treatment group was better than the control group,And night urine times,stool condition two symptom curative effect comparison(P>0.05),The two groups were equally effective.2.in terms of improving the overall efficacy of TCM syndromes,Differences were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05),It shows that the curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.3.in improving liver function,After treatment,the ALT、 AST values of both groups decreased,The decrease of ALT、AST index between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),That both groups are effective,But the treatment group was more effective.4.in improving blood lipids,The TC、TG value of the two groups improved after treatment(P<0.05);The Chinese medicine group was more effective in improving TG(P<0.05),The therapeutic effect of the two groups on TC was not different(P>0.05).5.The difference of CAP value between the two groups was analyzed(P<0.05),and the effect of traditional Chinese medicine group was more obvious.6.the effect of B ultrasound examination,the two groups were improved after treatment,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),and the two groups had the same effect.Conclusion: 1.Huangqi Ginseng decoction combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine capsule has significant effect on the clinical symptoms,liver function and blood lipid of NAFLD patients with spleen and kidney deficiency.2.Astragalus and Ginseng decoction combined with western medicine can effectively improve the liver fat content of patients with spleen and kidney deficiency type NAFLD,and better reduce the CAP value of patients.3.Liver transient elastography has a high sensitivity to the detection rate of fatty liver and is worthy of clinical application.4.Astragalus Ginseng Decoction has good efficacy and safety,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
