| Objective:1.By measuring the facial skin barrier index of normal population and patients with rosacea(the syndrome of heat in the lung and stomach),the scoring results were compared to explore the correlation between the occurrence of rosacea(the syndrome of heat in the lung and stomach)and skin barrier function.2.To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of cold wet compress of Liang Xue Wu Hua Tang in the treatment of rosacea(the syndrome of heat in the lung and stomach),to clarify the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of rosacea(the syndrome of heat in the lung and stomach),and to explore the effective method of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of rosacea(the syndrome of heat in the lung and stomach).Methods:1.72 patients with rosacea(the syndrome of heat in the lung and stomach)meeting the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were set as the observation group,and 20 patients with normal facial skin were set as the control group.The skin barrier function of the same part of the face was measured using a tester in both groups,and the skin barrier index was recorded to compare the difference in skin barrier function between the two groups.2.The patients who met the standard of rosacea(the syndrome of heat in the lung and stomach)were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was treated with cold wet compress of Liang Xue Wu Hua Tang,20min/ time,twice/day;The control group was treated with liquid cold wet compress of Fufang Huangbaiye Tuji,20min/time,twice/day.Both groups were taken orally: Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate Tablets 0.1g,twice a day.Before the start of treatment,at the 2nd week,4th week and 6th week of treatment,scores of various symptoms were performed in the Liang Xue Wu Hua Tang group and the Fufang Huangbaiye Tuji group,and the total score was calculated.Adverse reactions in the two groups were recorded.Results:Experiment 1:In terms of skin barrier function,the facial skin barrier index of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group(P<0.01).Experiment 2:1.Drying score comparison,the score of Liang Xue Wu Hua Tang group at the 4th week of treatment was lower than that of Fufang Huangbaiye Tuji group(P<0.05);The erythema scores of Liang Xue Wu Hua Tang group were lower than that of Fufang Huangbaiye Tuji group at the 2nd week of treatment(P<0.05),and higher than that of Fufang Huangbaiye Tuji group at the 6th week of treatment(P<0.05).The score of papule pustules in Liang Xue Wu Hua Tang group was lower than that in Fufang Huangbaiye Tuji group at the 6th week of treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in other symptom scores between the two groups during the treatment period(P>0.05).2.The total scores of 2 groups after treatment were lower than before(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in scores between groups(P>0.05);3.There was no difference in the total effective rate between 2 groups after treatment(2,4 and 6 weeks)(P>0.05);4.There was no significant difference in safety between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The facial skin barrier index of the healthy group was significantly higher than that of the rosacea group,which further verified that the impaired skin barrier function was correlated with the occurrence and development of rosacea(the syndrome of heat in the lung and stomach).2.Both the cold wet compress of Liang Xue Wu Hua Tang and the liquid cold wet compress of Fufang Huangbaiye Tuji are effective in the treatment of rosacea(the syndrome of heat in the lung and stomach),and the overall effect of the two is similar;3.The cold wet compress of Liang Xue Wu Hua Tang and the cold wet compress of Fufang Huangbaiye Tuji have the same safety in the treatment of rosacea(the syndrome of heat in the lung and stomach).However,due to the limited sample size,the results may be biased,and the specific safety of the observation group still needs to be studied with a large sample. |
