Clinical Analysis Of Pathogenic Bacteria In 377 Cases Of Superficial Fungal Infection

Purpose :Understand the composition of pathogenic bacteria of superficial mycoses in Jiujiang area,analyze the prevalence of superficial mycoses,pathogenic bacteria and related influencing factors,and improve the understanding of superficial mycoseMethods: Patients with different types of superficial mycosis were collected from the Department of Dermatology,affiliated Hospital of Jiujiang University from January 2016-December 2020.The patients with positive results of microscopic examination and culture should fill in the unified questionnaire and collect the data by excel.The data were analyzed by chi-square testResults: This study involved 377 patients who were clinically diagnosed as superficial mycosis,including tinea capitis,tinea mascara,tinea corporis,tinea hand,tinea pedis,onychomycosis,tinea cruris,candidiasis,tinea versicolor,and Malassezia There are 11 different types of folliculitis and thrush,of which onychomycosis 142(37.7%)occupy the first place,followed by tinea corporis and tinea cruris with 81(21.5%).Cultivated 377 strains,a total of 17 strains,of which 160 strains of Trichophyton rubrum(42.4%)are the dominant bacteria,followed by 101 strains of Candida albicans(26.8%).There were 192 males(50.9%)and 185 females(49.1%).The minimum age is 9 months and the maximum age is 89 years old.The incidence rate of tinea capitis in children was the highest in 17 cases(85%),women in onychomycosis were more affected in 91 cases(64.1%),and the prevalence of men in tinea corporis was 36 cases(83.7%).Malassezia was the major Seen in young people between 11 and 20 years old,In 52 patients,2 or more parts were infected.Among those infected with multiple parts,more than half of the patients were tinea pedis with onychomycosis.Conclusion: From the results of this investigation,the main pathogens of superficial fungal infections are dermatophytes,among which dermatophytes are mainly Trichophyton rubrum.In the analysis of infection-related factors,it was found that the superficial fungal infection was related to gender,age,season,and occupation.
