Objective: 1.By observing the 25-hydroxyvitamin D and bone metabolism indexes of healthy residents in Qinghai area under different light intensity explore whether high-intensity ultraviolet rays can prevent vitamin D deficiency and deficiency.2.To determine whether the long-term deficiency and deficiency of vitamin D levels will affect parathyroid hormone and bone metabolism indicators.3.Assess the level of bone metabolism indexes of local residents.METHODS: This study selected 50 healthy adult residents of Xining and Yushu who had undergone physical examinations at the Physical Examination Center of Qinghai Provincial People’s Hospital from December 2019 to January 2020.They were required to live in Xining and Yushu areas for generations or long-term residence over 10 years.Divided into indoor working group(outdoor activity < 3h)and outdoor working group(outdoor activity > 3h)by occupation,serum25-hydroxyvitamin D,PTH,blood Ca,blood P,bone transformation indicators(bone formation indicators PINP and bone resorption indicators β-CTX)were detected in serum. And at the same time collect the ultraviolet intensity in the area through the weather station,do a telephone follow-up,and collect the above indicators of the same group in September 2020.Then perform statistical analysis. Results: 1.Compared with the Yushu group, there are significant statistical differences between the two regions in the ultraviolet intensity in summer and winter(P<0.05),but there is no significant statistical difference in the level of vitamin D(P>0.05).2.Healthy adults in Xining and Yushu areas showed a negative correlation between 25(OH)D levels and PTH and PINP in winter(R=-0.315,P=0.001,R=-2.213,P=0.005),β-CTX the correlation between CTX and 25(OH)D is positive(R=0.030,P=0.005),and the correlation between PTH,PINP and 25(OH)D in summer in healthy adults in Xining and Yushu is negative(R=-0.315,P=0.001,R=-2.213,P=0.005),the correlation between β-CTX and 25(OH)D is positive(R=0.030,P=0.005).3.Xining area: There is no statistical difference in the light time between different divisions of labor to 25(OH)D(P>0.05),and there are statistical differences in 25(OH)D in different seasons(P<0.05);Yushu area: The difference in light time caused by different division of labor has no statistical difference(P>0.05)The influence of different seasons is statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Different amounts of light in Qinghai area did not play a role in preventing vitamin D deficiency and deficiency in healthy residents in the area, and healthy residents in this area generally suffer from vitamin D deficiency and insufficiency;2.Healthy adults in Xining and Yushu areas Residents have been in a state of vitamin D deficiency for a long time, causing some residents to develop secondary hyperparathyroidism, and at the same time cause PTH and PINP to increase, and β-CTX to decrease;3.Different divisions of labor in Xining and Yushu areas has no significant effect on 25(OH)D levels, summer vitamin D level is higher than winter;different division of labor in Xining and Yushu area has no significant impact on 25(OH)D level, summer vitamin D level is higher than winter.
