| Objective:This study is to investigate the correlation between HP infection and MTHFR C677T gene polymorphism in patients with cerebral infarction,which has important clinical significance for the prevention and treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods:1.A collection of 96 patients with cerebral infarction who were hospitalized in the Department of Neurology of Suining central hospital from July 2019 to December2020 as the case group.The etiology classification is large atherosclerotic cerebral infarction.And 96 patients without cerebral infarction examined in the physical examination center during the same period were collected as the control group.The general data and test indicators of the two groups were compared and analyzed,including age,gender,Body Mass Index,history of hypertension,history of diabetes,history of smoking and alcohol consumption,Triglyceride,Total cholesterol,High density lipoprotein,Low density lipoprotein,homocysteine levels and blood glucose were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer.HP infection was determined by 14C breath test.2.Polymerase Chain Reaction was used to detect the MTHFR C677T locus genotype of the two groups,and the genotype distribution of the control group was detected.The distribution frequency of each genotype in the two groups was compared,and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.At the same time,the risk factors of cerebral infarction were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression.Results:1.Comparison of general data and test indexes between the cerebral infarction group and the control group:the levels of TC,TG,HCY and HP infection rate in the cerebral infarction group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences in the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of HCY levels between HP-Positive and HP-Negative groups in cerebral infarction group:The level of HCY in the HP positive group was higher than that in the HP negative group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of general data of patients with various genotypes in the cerebral infarction group:The TC level of the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the TC level of the MTHFR 677CC genotype group was lower than that of the TT genotype group(P<0.05).The HCY level of the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The HCY level of the 677CC genotype group was lower than that of the CT genotype group(P<0.05),and the HCY level of the 677CC genotype group was lower than that of the TT genotype group(P<0.05).The HP infection rate among the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the HP infection rate in the 677CC genotype group was lower than that in the TT genotype group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of MTHFR genotypes between the cerebral infarction group and the control group:there was statistically significant difference between the MTHFR 677CT genotypes of the cerebral infarction group and the control group(P<0.05).5.Regression analysis showed that TC,TG,HCY and HP infection were the risk factors of cerebral infarction(OR=1.307,P<0.05;OR=1.594,P<0.05;OR=1.171,P<0.05;OR=1.889,P<0.05).HP infection may be a risk factor of MTHFR 677CT mutation of cerebral infarction(OR=6.195,P<0.05).HCY may be a risk factor for MTHFR 677CT and TT mutations in cerebral infarction(OR=3.107,P<0.05;OR=3.925,P<0.05).Conclusion:HP infection is associated with MTHFR 677CT gene mutation in patients with cerebral infarction... |
