Cerebrovascular disease is the three main kind of disease caused of death that threaten to mankind, about 80% cerebrovascular is cerebral apoplexy, recently the cerebral apoplexy patient has obviously become youth, in the same time we found that part of early onset patient have no risk factor such as hypertensive, hyperlipermia, diabetes, coronary artery disease, drinking, smoking etc,. Hence, the new pathopoiesis risk factor was studied in order to prevent cerebrovascular disease especially for the youth cerebral apoplexy is urgent.Hyperhomocysteinemia is the new independence hazard factor for theartherosclerosis as well as blood vessel disease, Homocysteine (Hcy) is the intermediate metabolic product by metione in human body, chiefly through methylation path and transfer-sulfo pathmetabolism. MTHFR,MS,CBS is the key enzyme in the Hcy metabolic process。The recoeds result showed that the factor lead to Hhcy including:⑴lack of nutritional factorssuch as folacin, vitamin B12,vitamin B6⑵genetic factor such as MTHFR,CBS gene mutation⑶other factors such as sexuality, race, thyroid hypofunction,anti-epileptic,bendopa,renal function lesion, age, drink wine, smoking, caffee etc...
