Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosis By The Gundian Lijin Zhenggu Therapy Combined With Flurbiprofen Cataplasms

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Gundian Lijin Zhenggu therapy combined with Flurbiprofen Cataplasms in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.According to the research results,to assess the clinical meaning and mechanism which are combined Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods: 60 patients randomly divided into two groups,who met the inclusion criteria for cervical spondylosis were selected from the No.1 Department of Orthopedics,Anhui Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January2021.The observation group sufferer was taken with Gundian Lijin Zhenggu therapy combined with Flurbiprofen Cataplasms.The manual therapy was performed once two days,a total of four times.Flurbiprofen Cataplasms was applied twice a day for 12 hours each time.The control group sufferer was treated with Flurbiprofen Cataplasms twice a day for 12 hours each time.The changes in the two groups of patients before and after 4 times of treatment were compared and statistically analyzed,including VAS score,simplified Mc Gill pain questionnaire and cervical dysfunction index(NDI).The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated after 4 times of treatment.Results:Vas scores,simplified Mc Gill pain scores and cervical spine dysfunction index(NDI)were significantly reduced after 4 treatments in both groups(P<0.05).The reduction was more significant in the observation group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of observation group was 96.67% higher than 86.67% of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of cervical spondylopathy with Gundian Lijin Zhenggu therapy is effective and worthy of clinical application.
