Zhang Xichun’s Application Of Radix Paeoniae Alba In Yixue Zhongzhong Canxilu

Objective:This topic is based on " Chinese medicine and Western Medicine",We collected the related content basis and analyze the application principle of Radix Paeoniae Alba of Zhang Xichun.To probe into the academic origin of Zhang Xichun’s application of Radix Paeoniae Alba,and in depth study of its understanding of the efficacy of Radix Paeoniae Alba and application of compatibility.The compatibility of Zhang Xichun’s application of Radix Paeoniae Alba was further analyzed by using the auxiliary platform(V2.5).Thus,the effect and application principle of Paeoniae Alba are summarized more comprehensively,It provides a new idea for the clinical application of Paeonia in modern Chinese medicine.Methods:We search the relevant medical case of radix Paeoniae and prescription contain radix paeoniae alba in " Chinese medicine and Western Medicine ".The related disease,on the basis of pulse,pathogenesis and symptoms were studied.Then used modern data mining technology,from the statistical and mathematical point of view to analyzed Zhang’s application of Radix Paeoniae Alba.Conclusion:Zhang Xichun’s understanding and application of Radix Paeoniae Alba originated from Shennong materia medica classic,inherited and carried forward in Treatise on febrile diseases,But not rigidly adhere to the two,self-expression experience and other play.Zhang-Xichun likes to use raw Radix Paeoniae Alba,It is believed that Radix Paeoniae Alba has the functions of clearing away the heat of liver and gallbladder,preventing the excessive use of antipyretic drugs,cooling and moistening the liver,nourishing yin and blood,tonifying qi and lung,benefiting urination,astringeting Qi,astringeting Yin and perspiration,astringeting hemostasis, latent Yang and astringent fire.Commonly used compatibility: Radix Paeoniae Alba and Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Paeoniae Alba and Radix aconite,Radix Paeoniae Alba and donkey hide gelatin,Radix Paeoniae Alba and radix rehmanniae,Radix Paeoniae Alba and Rhizoma Dioscoreae,gypsum,dried ginger,keel,oyster,Scrophularia Scrophularia,ochre,etc.There were 164 kinds of diseases in the prescription of Radix Paeoniae Alba in Zhongshen Xilu,of which the frequency of febrile disease is the highest;There were 87 symptoms involved,among which the frequency of heart feeling heat and cough with phlegm was the highest;A total of 58 etiologies and pathogenesis were sorted out.The most frequent occurrence was the upward rush of Qi and fire in the liver and gallbladder and the exogenous cold and warm heat flowing into Yangming;The compatibility of Radix Paeoniae Alba with Chinese yam,liquorice,Rehmannia glutinosa,Scrophularia ningpoensis and ochre is the most close.
