Effect Of Jinsang Liyan Capsule On Serum CRP And ICAM-1 In Rats With Chronic Pharyngitis And Its Clinical Effect

1.Objective(1)To explore the effect and mechanism of Jinsanliyan Capsules in treating rats with chronic pharyngitis through animal experiments in rats;(2)To analyze the relationship between CRP and ICAM-1 in the serum of rats with chronic pharyngitis,and further understand the mechanism of Jinsanliyan capsule in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.2.MethodSeventy rats were randomly divided into 7 groups,each with 10(male and female),named as Jinsangeliyan capsule low-dose group,medium-dose group,high-dose group,tanshinone group,model group and placebo.In this group,2.5% ammonia water was sprayed with a throat sprayer to create an experimental rat model.In the morning and afternoon,press 3 times a day and spray for 4 consecutive weeks;use the same method to spray 0.9% saline to the pharynx during the blank time,and simulate one mouse at a time.After successfully establishing the model,use the same method to model the other5 groups of rats.After 4 weeks,use low,medium and high doses of Jinsanyin Salt Capsules and Tanshinone Capsules for intragastric treatment.The placebo group received the same dose of distilled water every day for 4 consecutive weeks.After the course of treatment,the levels of CRP and ICAM-1 in the serum of rats with chronic laryngitis were detected by ELISA.3.ResultsBy observing the changes in rat behavior and scoring according to the scoring standard,the results obtained were analyzed by statistical software.The difference between the model group and the control group was statistically significant(P <0.05),indicating that the chronic SD of rats is greater.The CRP content of mouse tanshinone group,Jinsanliyan capsule high-dose group,middle-dose group,low-dose group and placebo group were0.109±0.041、515.7±23.0、7±0.029、0.112±0.022、1262.5±49.6,respectively.Facts have proved that Jinsanliyan Capsule has the effect of reducing CRP content in SD rats.The ICAM-1 content of SD rat tanshinone group,Jinsangliyan capsule high-dose group,middle-dose group,low-dose group and placebo group were0.109±0.041、0.105±0.020、0.107±0.029、0.112±0.022、1.083±0.052,indicating that Jinsangeliyan Capsules can reduce the content of ICAM-1 in CP rats.The therapeutic effect of the middle dose group is similar to that of the tanshinone group,and the effect is similar.4.SummaryJinsang Liyan Capsules can effectively reduce the expression levels of CRP and ICAM-1 in the serum of rats with chronic laryngitis.By changing the levels of CRP and ICAM-1 in the serum,the possible mechanism of Jinsangeliyan Capsules in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis can be realized.
