Clinical Study Of Modified Kongsheng Zhenzhong Pill Combined With Acupoint Application On Disharmony Between Heart And Kidney Type Perimenopausal Syndrome

Objective:To explore the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome by observing and analyzing the improvement of the TCM clinical manifestations and the sleeping quality of patients with heart kidney disharmony type of perimenopausal syndrome treated by modified kongsheng zhenzhong pill combined with acupoint application,so as to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome with the therapy of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Fifty-six patients with disharmony between heart and kidney type perimenopausal syndrome in the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine were selected,and they were randomly divided into treatment group（Chinese medicine combined with acupoint sticking group）and control group（Chinese medicine group）with 28 people in each group by using a digital table.The treatment group was treated with modified kongsheng zhenzhong pill combined with Gengnian paste,while the control group was treated with modified kongsheng zhenzhong pill.3 weeks is a course of treatment,and a total of 3 courses of treatment are observed.By Sorting and recording the collected data,compareing and analyzeing the Kupperman score、the TCM syndrome score、Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index（PSQI）score and sex hormone level between the Chinese medicine combined with acupoint patch group and the Chinese medicine group in pretherapy and post-treatment,the efficacy and safety of modified kongsheng zhenzhong pill were comprehensively evaluated.Results:1.Comprehensive clinical efficacy:Modified kongsheng zhenzhong pill combined with acupoint application group and modified kongsheng zhenzhong pill group have obvious curative effect on patients with heart-kidney incompatibility perimenopausal syndrome.The total effective rate was89.29%in the Chinese medicine combined with acupoint patch group and75.00%in the Chinese medicine group.Comparison between the two groups:Z=-2.178,P=0.029（P<0.05）,indicating that the effect of the Chinese medicine combined with acupoint sticking group is better than that of the Chinese medicine group.2.Syndrome score:After the course of treatment,the TCM Syndrome Scale scores of patients in the treatment group and the control group were reduced,but the TCM Syndrome Scale score of the Chinese medicine combined with acupoint sticking group was lower than that of the Chinese medicine group.There was a statistically significant difference in the TCM Syndrome Scale scores between the patients of two groups in the post-treatment and within the two groups in pretherapy and post-treatment（P<0.05）.It shows that the clinical symptoms of the two groups are improved,and the effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.3.Improved kupperman score:In the post-treatment,the improved kupperman scores of the patients in the treatment group and the control group were reduced,but the Kupperman score of the Chinese medicine combined with acupoint sticking group was lower than that of the Chinese medicine group.There was a statistically significant difference in the improvrd kupperman scores between the patients of two groups in the post-treatment and within the two groups in pretherapy and post-treatment（P<0.05）.It shows that the clinical symptoms of the two groups are improved,and the effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.4.PSQI score:After the end of the treatment course,the PSQI scores of patients in the treatment group and the control group were reduced,but the PSQI score of the Chinese medicine combined with acupoint sticking group was lower than that of the Chinese medicine group.There was a statistically significant difference in the PSQI scores between the patients of two groups in the post-treatment and within the two groups in pretherapy and post-treatment（P<0.05）.It shows that the sleep quality of the two groups is improved,and the effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.5.Serum sex hormone levels:After the treatment,the serum E₂ levels of patients in the trratment group and the control group were increased,while the serum FSH and LH levels of patients of two groups were decreased,but the serum FSH and LH values of the Chinese medicine combined with acupoint sticking group were lower than those of the Chinese medicine group,while the E₂value is higher than the traditional Chinese medicine group.There was a statistically significant difference in the serum FSH,E₂ and LH values between the patients of two groups in the post-treatment and within the two groups in pretherapy and post-treatment（P<0.05）.It shows that both groups can regulate the sex hormone level of perimenopausal syndrome patients,but the effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Modified kongsheng zhenzhong pill oral administration combined with acupoint application and modified kongsheng zhenzhong pill oral administration can improve the clinical symptoms,sleep quality and serum sex hormone levels of patients with heart kidney disharmony perimenopausal syndrome,and improve the quality of life of perimenopausal women,but modified kongsheng zhenzhong pill oral administration combined with acupoint application has better curative effect than modified kongsheng zhenzhong pill oral administration alone.During the course of treatment,none of the patients had any adverse reactions,indicating that the modified kongsheng zhenzhong pill and acupoint application have high safety,low toxic and side effects,and the acupoint application has the characteristics of precision,safety,simplicity and ease,which could be widely used in clinical practice.
