| Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of qi and blood double supplement method combined with protein iron succinate in the treatment of this disease,and provide theoretical support and clinical basis for the clinical treatment of this disease.Through oral administration of Qixue Shuangbu Decoction combined with protein iron succinate to treat iron deficiency anemia in adults with deficiency of both blood and qi,By observing the changes in the patient’s blood routine and iron metabolism-related indicators before and after treatment.Method:By means of random grouping in medical trials,Sixty adult iron-deficiency anemia patients from the Department of Hematology of the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Qixue Shuangbu Decoction plus or minus combined protein succinate iron oral solution(15ml/d),and the control group was given oral protein succinate iron oral solution(15ml/d).The administration time of both groups was 8 weeks.During the treatment of this study,observe and record the changes in indicators such as SF,HB,MCV,MCH,MCHC and TCM symptom scores of the two groups of patients,as well as the occurrence of adverse reactions after taking the medicine.After this treatment,After treatment,evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Use SPSS statistical software to process the observation data and curative effect of the two groups,perform statistical analysis,and get the results.Results: 1.There was no significant statistical difference in general information and condition between the two groups of patients,including age,gender,condition,and course of disease(P>0.05);There was no significant statistical difference in the Total scores of major and minor symptoms of TCM before treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in baseline indicators,such as HB,MCV,MCH,MCHC,SF before treatment(P>0.05).2.At the angle of the efficacy of TCM syndromes,the total effective rate of the therapy group is 93%,among which the number of cured,obviously effective,effective,and ineffective cases were 3,23,2,2;In contrast,the total effective rate of the control group was 83.3%.Among them,the number of cured,markedly effective,effective,and ineffective cases were as follows:1,12,12,5.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.At the angle of the incidence of adverse reactions,no adverse events were found in the treatment group(0%);3 cases were found in the control group(10%).4.In terms of hemogram,at the 8th week of treatment,the HB,MCV,MCH,MCHC and other indicators of the two groups were higher than the level before treatment,and there were significant statistical differences before and after treatment(P<0.01),indicating that the treatment of the two groups was effective;the treatment group HB,MCV,MCH,MCHC are all higher than the control group,among which the difference of HB,MCV is statistically significant(P<0.05),MCH,MCHC has no significant statistical difference(p>0.05),and the treatment group HB,MCV,MCV,MCH,MCHC and other indicators increased the difference higher than the control group in the same period,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.In terms of iron metabolism,at the 8th week of treatment,the SF value of the two groups was higher than the level before treatment,and there was a significant statistical difference between before and after treatment(P<0.01),Therefore,it indicates that the treatment of the two groups is effective;the SF value of the treatment group was higher than the level of the control group in the same time,But the difference was not statistically significant(P<0.05);During the same period,the difference in SF increase in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p>0.05).Prove that the treatment group is significantly better than the control group.6.In terms of TCM symptoms,in the 8th week of treatment,The total scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups were lower than the level before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that the treatments of the two groups were effective.The total score of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was lower than before treatment.The difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.01),the difference in the total score of TCM symptoms before and after treatment was higher than that of the control group,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion: 1.Qi and blood Shuangbu decoction combined with protein iron succinate is an effective and safe prescription for the treatment of iron deficiency anemia in adults(deficiency of qi and blood syndrome),which enjoy an advantage over the treatment of single protein iron succinate by the improvement and curative effices of hemogram,iron metabolism index and clinical symptoms.2.Qi and blood Shuangbu decoction can reduce the occurrence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions caused by iron succinate which has Clinical significance of promotion. |
