Clinical Observation Of Wubai Shengfa Decoction Combined With Micro-needling Yufa In The Treatment Of Alopecia Areata

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of Wubai Shengfa Decoction combined with microneedling Yufa in the treatment of hepatorenal deficiency alopecia areata,and its effect on T lymphocyte subgroups(CD4~+,CD8~+,CD4~+/CD8~+),the mechanism and safety of the combination are further explored,provide a safe and effective method for the treatment of alopecia areata patients.Methods:Sixty patients with alopecia areata who met the inclusion criteria were divided into 3 groups using a randomized parallel control method.Among them,20 patients in the observation group were treated with Wubai Shengfa Decoction combined with microneedle topical treatment;the control group was 20 patients with simple treatment.Oral treatment with Wubai Shengfa Decoction;20 cases in the control group 2 were treated with simple microneedle domain hair for external use.A total of 3 courses of treatment(1 course of treatment is 4 weeks).By recording the changes in the scores of alopecia areata,TCM syndrome scores,and quality of life index(DLQI)before treatment,4 weeks of treatment,8 weeks of treatment,and 12 weeks after treatment,the efficacy of the three groups can be judged and recorded.Twenty patients in the observation group were selected as observation objects,and 20 healthy patients were used as controls.Pay attention to record the peripheral blood CD4~+,CD8~+,CD4~+/CD8~+levels in the observation group before and after treatment and in the healthy group.The collected data were analyzed and processed with statistical software SPSS20.0.During the treatment,observe whether the patient has any adverse reactions and phenomena to judge the safety of the treatment.Results:1.Baseline comparison:There were no significant differences in the data of the three groups in terms of gender,age,disease course,alopecia areata score,TCM syndrome score,and DLQI score level(P>0.05),and they were comparable.2.Comparison of curative effect:After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group is 95%,that of the control group 1 and control group 2 is 80%.There is a significant difference between the three groups(P<0.05).Therefore,compare the observation group with the control group.There is a significant difference between the 1 group and the control group 2(P<0.017).There is no significant difference between the two control groups(P>0.017),indicating that the three groups can effectively treat alopecia areata,and the observation group has better curative effect.The two controls group has the same effect.3.Comparison of the scores of alopecia areata and DLQI scores:After each course of treatment,the scores of alopecia areata and DLQI scores of the three groups were significantly lower than those of the previous course of treatment(P<0.05).After treatment for 4 weeks,8 weeks,and12 weeks,there were differences between the three groups(P<0.05).So pairwise comparison,the observation group was compared with the control group 1 and the control group 2,and there was a significant difference(P<0.017),there was no significant difference between the two control groups(P>0.017).It shows that the three groups have obvious effects in reducing the scores of alopecia areata and DLQI scores,and the observation group is better than the control group 1 and the control group2.There is no significant difference between the two control groups.4.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores:After each course of treatment,the scores of the three groups of TCM syndromes were all more obvious lower than those of the previous course(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,there was no difference between the three groups(P>0.05).After 8 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment,there were differences between the three groups(P<0.05).So pairwise comparison,the observation group was compared with the control group 1 and the control the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.017),and there was no significant difference between the two control groups(P>0.017).It shows that the three groups have obvious effects in improving the scores of TCM syndromes,and the observation group is better than the control group 1 and the control group2,and there is no significant difference between the two control groups.5.Comparison of T lymphocyte subsets:Before treatment,CD4~+,CD8~+increased,and CD4~+/CD8~+decreased in the observation group,which was significantly different from the healthy group(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,CD4~+ and CD8~+decreased in the observation group,and CD4~+/CD8~+increased,compared with the healthy group no difference(P>0.05).It shows that the observation group can effectively regulate the level of T lymphocyte subsets,and the formation of alopecia areata is related to the disorder of CD4~+,CD8~+,CD4~+/CD8~+.6.Safety comparison:1 patient in the control group 1 and 2 patients in the control group 2 developed mild adverse reactions,but did not affect the follow-up treatment,and there was no discomfort in the observation group.Conclusion:1.Wubai Shengfa Decoction combined with micro-needling Yufa has a good clinical effect in the treatment of alopecia areata with hepatorenal insufficiency.It can significantly reduce the scores of alopecia areata and the scores of TCM syndromes,improve the quality of life of patients,and has high safety.It is worthy of clinical promotion.2.The mechanism of action of Wubai Shengfa Decoction combined with microneedle Yufa in the treatment of alopecia areata with hepatorenal deficiency may be related to the promotion of CD4~+,CD8~+,and CD4~+/CD8~+levels to normal.Autoimmune disorders are involved in the formation of alopecia areata.
