The Clinical And Experimental Study For Treating Alopecia Areata With ShengFa Drink Combine With ShengFa Tincture

Objective: To observe the clinical and experimental efficacy of ShengFa (SF) drink and ShengFa (SF) tincture. Methods: 66 patients were separated at random into group with SF drink only and group with SF drink and SF tincture. The condition of pilus accretion and efficacy time as well as relapse between two groups was observed. Results: cure and obvious effect rate of SF drink and SF tincture group is 47. 06% with total effect rate of 94.12%; the average efficacy time is 19.57 days. There are notable differences between two groups (p<0.05). The experiment shows that SF drink combine with SF tincture can remarkably promote pilus accretion of the rat alnd SF tincture is no harmful to the skin. Conclusions: There is affirmative efficacy in Treating Alopecia Areata with SF drink combine with SF tincture. They can obviously promote pilus accretion and shorten the course of diseases.
