Study On Yixue Shengfa Decoction In The Treatment Of Alopecia Areata

Objective: By observing the clinical efficacy of yixueshengfa decoction in the treatment of alopecia areata of qi and blood deficiency syndrome this paper further explores the mechanism of TCM treatment of alopecia areata by "reinforcing qi and nourishing blood,regrow hair ",and verifies its effectiveness and safety.The nature of the study was clinical observation.Methods: A total of 64 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,32 cases each.The treatment group was given self-designed yixue shengfa decoction,and the control group was given baicao xiang jieyu anshen capsule.15 days for a course of treatment,a total of 4 courses of treatment.Results: After clinical observation,15 cases(46.875%%)were cured,9 cases(28.125%)were significantly effective,4 cases(12.50%)were effective,and 4 cases(12.50%)were ineffective in the treatment group.The total effective rate was 87.50%.In the control group,7 cases(21.875%)were cured,9 cases(28.125%)were significantly effective,8 cases(25.00%)were effective,and 8 cases(25.00%)were ineffective.The total effective rate was 75.00%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.After statistical analysis,P < 0.05,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion: The clinical study shows that yixue shengfa decoction is effective and has no obvious adverse reaction in the treatment of alopecia areata.
